This is to inform you that i am a customer of indane gas no;1073496.before we used to get information about the booking number and the process of the cylinder, so it was easy for us . now we are getting only the booking number.The situation after that is deciding the agency and the delivery boy. Please do the necessary.

Sir we are datta sai agencies from vizianagaram. i haveing motor spirt stabilzer suddenly short circuit in my premises, so please provide new stabilzer.

I have recently shifted my residence within the same Indane Distributor [North Howrah Gas Distributors, 177, G.T.Road, Salkia, Howrah - 6, W.B., Id No.[protected]]. I have already submitted my KYC along necessary documents in connection with my new address. Unfortunately, the said Distributors unable to change my address. They told me that the computer system is not responding to change my address, as a result I could not book any cylinders . I harassed a lot since July, 2016, but unable to change my address.

In view of this, kindly suggest me how and when I may change my address. My Consumer No.07365.

Kindly treat this as MOST URGENT.

I having consumer no.[protected].my ph.no. is-[protected].distributor name is-INDANE THAKURPUKUR.previous two month i am booking the gasbut do not gave me.my cylinder is selling to other side and delivery sms send in my phone.please sir imidiate take action to distributor.May I also complain to indian oil corporation cutomer care.customer care complain no is-2781947.date-08/10/2016.but do not solve my problem. May I contact to second time of customer care. But don't solve my problem.

I think that the complaints against gas agencies regarding non delivery/late delivery of gas cylinders are being taken very lightly by them as no concrete or deterrent actions are taken against them for reasons best known to them. Complaining to the complaint cells is like reciting Gita to a buffalo . -------Pervez Singaporia.

I am Sylvester Das from kolkata. I am having consumer No#cx21261283 with Indane gas Co. . I had made a booking last month for which I received a sms a few days back stating that my cylinder will be delivered shortly.. I tried calling the customer services number and the IVR service says the cylinder was delivered on 1/11/16 however I have still not received my cylinder.. I then gone my distributor and they said it is the companys fault and they cannot do anything and that I need to book again.. I would like to know how am I supposed to escalate this matter as this is shocking to see Indane gas being such a big company with such poor service.. Not a happy customer..

Dear Sir / Madam,

My LPG Cooking Gas No. is 13808 in the name of Mr. Kartik Choudhary, we have a connection with Dagar Gas Agency, ROHINI SECTOR 5. We booked our cylinder 10 days earlier, we have not received the cylinder till date.

When I call them for cylinder they say we don't have delivery man take your gas yourself and disconnect the phone. They don't take proper response.
Each and every time they say if you are not satisfied go anywhere. This is very humiliating, we book cylinder and instead supplying the cylinder they say go another agency. Please take proper action to the agency so that they will never humiliate me or other people.
