[Resolved] Indane Gas — No supply of cylinder | |
Dear Sir/madam It sounds unusal to know there is shortage of gas supply/cylinder in Chennai city and in India from our dealer Trilok gas agency, Adyar, Gandhinagar, Chennai. We have done booking for 3 times and every time it has been cancelled and fresh booking has been taken and when asked for the reason, the dealer refused and misbehaved with us. What should be the next step? How Indane Gas can help us resolve it permanently and are we encouraged to go consumer court and file a case against Indane gas. Please advise. We have done booking for[protected] to yesterday it has been cancelled and fresh bill has been taken and when asked for the reason, the dealer refused and misbehaved with us.
What should be the next step? How Indane Gas can help us resolve it permanently and are we encouraged to go consumer court and file a case against Indane gas.

The refill booking over phone made on 6.10.2008.
Consequent request it was replied that eligible date is only 10.10.2008 and the supply will be made after 15 days. The supply has not been made till today(28.10.2008) despite reminders/request.
