My Name Is Rakesh Dubey, S/o N.P. Dubey. I am a Customer Of M/S Shubham Gas Agency, 9/8, Ushaganj, Indore, Part Of Indane Gas Company My Customer ID Is 43787. I want To Say This That The Shubham Gas Agency Not Providing Any Type Of Customer Services. I am not satisfied with the services provided by that Company Because They Apply Daily A New Rule To the Customer Which Is Senseless. They Also Not Providing any Type Of Home Delivery Services Although In The Gas Dairy it is Mentioned That They will Provide The Home Delivery. I Am also Paying the Home Delivery Charges But they are Not Providing The Service. So Due To these All Problems Me And My Family are Facing a Lot Of Problems. So Tell Me Your Answer About this Matter On Urgent Basis Otherwise I'm Bounded For Further Action And I Can Also Knock The Gate Of Customer Forum.

NOW I AM A 60 YR OLD MAN ASKING FOR A JUSTICE. HELP ME.

    I have LPG connection of Indane Gas with Agency Arjun Gas Agency at Naranpura, Ahmedabad. The delivery boy came to my residence to deliver refill bottle . The bottle was without safety cap . The deleivery boy also refused to weigh the bottle. I tried to complain at IOC customer service number provided on Bill. It is very sad to report that executive on the phone talked very roughly and did not realise the seriouness of situation . During our five minute conversation he only tried to prove that all was my mistake and instead of helping me he ordered me to put down the receiver. At least at customer service/ care centre, there should be a person who is willing to serve or care the customer and not only doing Government job.

    Respected sir,
    I am the owner of referred gas connection . As per the instruction from the gas agency I can book a new cylinder after on completion of 21 days from the last delivery . After booking the gas agency 10 days for the delivery . If it is calculated then I get a new cylinder after one month . If the booking regulation stand for after the 21 days of the delivery in that case the supply is to be made within a or two so that I get the cylinder around 21 days from the last delivery .
    I there for earnestly request kindly to arrange and instructed the agency to deliver the cylinder within 2-3 days from the booking date after 21 days.

      My consumer number is 1727, with Siddhartha Agencies, Putli bowli, Hyderabad

      It is very difficult to book gas with the distributor since his only phone number for booking[protected] is always busy. It is a herculian task to book refill. There should be some other way of booking and confirmation of booking through SMS or more lines should be added to this booking number.

      There are thousands of family member are Indane gas consumer of Vindhyavasini gas agency, station road Buxar . I would like to tell about very poor service in supply of gas cylinders and very harsh in their response .There is a very pathetic situation of gas supply by that agency . It is a nightmare for consumer to get a gas cylinder. The dealer taking illegal advantage due to sole distributor of gas cylinder. The public is being taken for a ransom. Customers have to literally either beg or fight with them or each other. First of all they never deliver gas cylinder to room. Every one has to go personally to book. People may be seen qued in numbers outside gas warehouse. Secondly, after booking and lapse of 3 weeks time, the dealer did not deliver the gas. They always tears about less supply of gas cylinder by company but They always black market the domestic cylinders to commercial establishment for more than 600 Rs And put the domestic supply in trouble. If you want refill without booking you pay 600 Rs. or more or you will wait for two or three month.

      I would like to draw the kind attention of concerned authorities towards this and i request them to take remedial measures. I think to solve these consumers’ nightmare problems stern action like rejection of dealership of Vindhyavasini gas agency should be taken. By looking rising number of consumer the no of distributorship should be increased immediately . Consumers should be saved from the monopoly of dealer .

      Kindly solve our problem at the earliest.

      It is very difficult to book gas with the distributor since his only 1 phone number for booking. No one is picking up the phone. It is a herculian task to book refill.         Sri Krishna Gas Service Rewari - for cosumers of shri kirshna gas service it challange to book gas deliver by phone. i am a consumer of sri kirshna gas in more than five years i never succeed in booking gas booking on phone. i have to leave my work for booking gas delivery in person on gas service.

This is the duty of concern to reply. in no call dial, no responce means you have no work without this Very shamefull for us who are have to deal with this type of people. you can easily understand what I want to say.

          (Our cust no: 6323). At 10 am two days ago, on 17/2/09, my mother phoned the Sainik agency, Thrissur to inform them that the regulator could not be fitted onto the fresh cylinder, after many attempts by several persons. They immediately sent a person, who also failed to attach the new cylinder. He then started hitting the regulator with a hammer, at which time I told him to stop since it was dangerous.
          Since then my mother has phoned the agency many times, and each time they assure us that a replacement cylinder will be sent to our house with a few hours, definitely on the same day. But they are simply lying to us, as no delivery has been done so far.

Sree Nagar Gate, Madhyamgram, office )Indane gas distributor for booking of Gas Cylinder but they told me to book cylinder over phone.i called them (ph nbr :[protected]but nobody is responding for last 3 days. it is not possible for me to visit everyday to their office.Please take an action or advice me what should I do?

              Sir/Madam:

              I am in possession of 2 cylinders from Paruvelil Gas Service, Chengannur, of Indane Gas. Their telephone numbers are 2453675 and 2450835. My consumer code is 26789. I have booked a gas on 13th of January 2009, booking number is 3488. When I called up the agency, they are not able to give any proper reply when we will get the gas booked. It is now more than 30 days.

              This problem of delay in supply has been going on for a year now. We have two cylinders but there is no benefit for us. Further, we do not have any other facilities except the LPG.

              Even when there is shortage as per the local gas service, the LPG cylinder is freely available in the market at Rs. 150/- extra. Is this also being supplied by the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. company? I would request you to answer this question and solve our problem at the earliest.

              Also, is this the correct forum to address our complaint or please forward us the correct e-mail address and the name of the person to whom we should address our complaint to.

              Awaiting your early action and reply in the matter.

              IOC / Indane gas — Delay in supplying the LPG cylinder

              Iam a resident of Bangalore , with Consumer no. CA 46532. The LPG is provided to me by Cauvery Indane Agency at K.R.puram, Bangalore. I had called up the agency on Oct. 8th'2007 to deliver the LPG. it has been one month and yet the cylinder has not been delivered at my place. Each time I call up the agency, they give me some or the other excuses.

              This type of service is least acceptable by customers with only one cylinder. As the agency is located at a distance, it's my sincere request to open up a new agency at a near by place so that customers are not put to trouble .

              Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. — INDANE LPG GAS CYLINDER

              The Gas connection No. 2885 in the name of my father BAL KISHAN GUPTA of M/s. DSCSC Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52 was got transferred (due to reasons best known to Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.) to M/s. DHRUV Gas, Jhandewalan vide Gas connection No. 8654. Since transfer of abovesaid connection to M/s. Dhruv Gas, the cylinder supply to us got delayed sometimes it got 20-30 days that is too on giving 2-3 reminders call. The gas booking office is located 7 kms. away from the residents of Tri Nagar whose gas connection got transferred by the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. despite KIRTI GAS of Indane is located in Tri Nagar itself.


              We have booked a gas cylinder approx. 25 days ago but till date no cyclinder supplied to me.

              I have transfered from dhubari (Assam) to Berhampur(Orissa) & also transferred my indane gas connection with consumer No 12193, SV NO G-071662 dtd 7/5/2008 .In this regard I met with nearest indane gas dealer at jorada Bunglow, Berhampur-4, Ganjam, Orissa But he refused me and told that he has no capacity to give thattransferred connection due overload in his agency.Kindly instruct him to give my connection.

                I had surrendered 2 gas cylinders & 1 regulator to the above mentioned dealer on 07.01.2009 and got Termination voucher (No. [protected]) I had been informed that cheque will be issued within 2 days as the authorised signatory has to sign in that cheque. After 2 days i went and they told to come after 2 days. In the mean time i had shifted my residence to the newly transfered place at Dhaligaon BRPL Township, Assam. I had also send a letter on 19.01.2009 by speed post stating that the cheque or cash may be handed over to my friend namely Sh. D. S. Kutty. I had also given authorisation letter to Sh. D. S. Kutty, but till date i have not received any refund amunt. Kindly help me to get this amount from the above mentioned dealer.

                  I have an Indane LPG connection # 10891 in my name registered with M/s Rohini Teja Gas agency at Rajahmundry, East Godavari Distric, Andhra Pradesh. Every time I make a booking, the delivery is always delayed and it is delivered after a number of visits are made to the shop and the situation boils up to the extream. In past it has taken on an average 1 month from the date of booking whereas it is told initially that the delivery would be made within a week. There must be lot of complaints against this agency and last year our connection was transferred to Kambalcheru (much better in service)and this agency was closed. After a few months again this agency has started operating and our bad days are back again.

                  As the latest example i booked my connection in last week of Jan but the cylinder has not yet delivered. I had already made four personal visit to the shop and everytime they said they are out of stock and they promised that it would be delivered next morning without fail but it has never happened.

                  I request you to enquire with this agency and take a strong action against such foul play with Indane customers.

                  LPG connection of Indane — Non delivery of Cylinder

                  My connection is with kanpur Gas - Kamla Nagar Kanpur, Distributor of Indane. Last month I got Cylinder after 15 days of booking and this time it is also getting very late and till now it has not been delivered.Please let me know that (i)after how many days of reciving cylinder I can do booking for next one.(ii) and are they obliging us by delivering it at our residence.

                  Indane LPG — Non-delivery

                  I am a consumer of M/s Technico, FC Road, Uzanbazar, Guwahati - 781001 Distributor Code: 79200107, Phone numbers[protected] & 2541118. My consumer number is 31521. I last received a cylinder on 10/11/08. The expected date of next delivery was 04/12/08 with serial #950. But today is 27/12/08 and still there is no sign of my refill. In addition to this no one picks up the phone because of which I have gone to the agency at least five times in the last two weeks where I have only got stock replies like 'no supply', 'you'll get it tomorrow' and novel excuses like 'your name has not yet come on our computer'. Now I have been forced to procure a cylinder from the black market as my earlier one has run out. What can be done?

I am yogesh from North Delhi, Ganesh Gas Service(Indane) situated in Bawana Delhi-39, and the branch worker dsnt book our cylinder before 25-26 days, they dont tell the actual period of booking duration, if we ask for any circular or rule for the booking period of cylinder the branch worker replies go to our head office and get the circular there, branch worker had no sense of talking, can anyone help me is there any rule for the booking of cylinder ? where i can get it?????

                    Consumer No.20231 Name J A JOHN XAVIER

                    I do not understand what is the problem with Blue Flame Agency, Chennai 600 021 they are very arrogant, for they are not allowing me to book the gas cylinder even after 21 days on receipt of the last cylinder. I request that you may please intervene and see that they accept the booking of gas cylinder without any hassle.

                    Even though I have sent an email to this address [protected]@indianoil.co.in but still no response

                    This is a perennial problem for each booking of gas cylinder. I request that the IOC official after seeing this letter may take some course of action and solve my problem.Kindly do the needful.

                      Not supplying the booking cylender

                      My consumer number is 5547, and the Agency is Hardik Gas Agency Sec.11, Gandhinagar (Guj.). I booked twice for the cylender in 15days, once visited to their office.They are only promising that sending the cylender today, but we have not got yet.Always their Tell.no.is getting busy or ringing.The no.is[protected] and[protected].I get fed up for their service and behaviour.It is not first time happening with us, but maximum time. Roop Gas Service Chooti Baradari Patiala (Punjab) My problem is that want to transfer the above said number in my name, the problem is that ihave submit all reqiure documents which are attested from notary public patiala but in my mothers death certificate my fathers name was mis printed and the maneger of above same agency said plz show me any document in which have provided my mothers name smt.HarKrishan Kaur W/o S.Sujjan Singh, then i provide my mothers bank pass book which is showing that Harkrishan Kaur W/o S.Sujjan Singh But now the maneger MR. BEDI, is not coop rating us and harrassing us for last few days and he also take a sum of Rs.100/= from us for nottary public ticktes plz help me to bail out of this wose kind of problem which was i am suffering for nothing kindly do the needfull action as soon as possible plz reply me by mail or on my cell no-[protected] i will be thank full to you sir

                      Indane Domestic Gas — asking for a ration card, and stopping the delivery for a transfered connection.

                      Sir, i am a resident of punjab and last year when i shifted to tamil nadu, i got my gas connection transfered at coimbatore,tamil nadu, and along with that i gave a no ration certificate from tehsil, now after one year , these people again want a ration card, or no ration card certificate which has to be given every6 month, which is highly unreasonable.one the connection is not from tamil nadu, it is a transfer case and second we already have a punjab ration card, and a person cannot have 2ration cards.
                      how very ridiculous.

                      Indane Gas Connection — General

                      This has reference to Mail to Dy.Manager -Sales at Gurgaon mail ID:[protected]@gamil.com, [protected]@yahoo.co.in on dtd[protected]. I had asked some general points regarding the customer related problems and after regular follow-up nothing has been done so far and on contacting over phone, is always busy and the problems are related with the Pataudi Indane Gas Service and no phone is working at Pataudi Indane Gas Service .

                      Indane Gas for homes — no information given about the transfer of our gas to another agency

                      I was having indane gas connection and booked the gas for delivary and after two months also when no gas was delivered, I enquired with Paruvelil gas agency and told me that my gas was transfered to Arjun gas agency in Kozhencherry, Keral two months back. When contactd the Arjun gas agency they didnot give me a satisfactory answer for the non issue of the notice, and they asked me to bring necessary papaer for booking again. How can they justify their action, My gas finished in the house and I may not get it soon

                      I am local resident of Hari Nagar.I have observed for last 6 month that Indiane Gas cylinder provider gives illegaly 50 cylinders daily to some local customer resident. (one of illegal customer addres is DA-65 E Hari Nagar near clock tower, new delhi).
                      we are facing too many problem like not able to pass street or some time gas leakage smell comes into the house.
                      Would you please take some action or give your suggestion that for which authority i should compiant or Should i Call to police ?.

                      Gas is not book in time after days 30 days book the gas
                      Indane Gas dealers generally advise that the booking is closed or there is queue for another 3-4 monhts and hence they are not entertaining fresh bookings. This is just to trigger their black business. In Delhi I had an encounter with one such dealer, the dealer was alleged to issue new connection at a premium price (undertable premium). If one has urgency then they must have to adopt this mode else queue for another 3 months time.

                      For me it was not possible to wait for such a long time nor I was interested in taking the connection in black. I simply tookup the matter with the indane regional office in New Delhi quoting full details and to my surprise the dealer called me same day to issue a new connection. Similar incident I had faced in allahabad while requesting for transfer of connection to the nearest dealership. The old dealer was lingering on the process for over 20 days & was harrassing my parents. I simply me the regional manager in Indane office at Allahabad, and the connection was transferred immediately.

                      Ladies/gentlemen, we know that corruption is almost everywhere, but yes we can find a way to get our work done without shedding anything extra on these corrupts. "Stopping giving bribe to the corrupts will oneday put an end to the corruption".

                      I am sure Indane Gas authorities must be aware of all these practices in the market, but perhaps they just want to be spectators on such issues. I would just appreciate an idea on blog site, why the booking of new gas connection can't be done online. If there is actually a queue, let it be, one would stay assured that he/she is not being cheated atleast. I am sure this will certainly put an end to the black marketing of new gas connection .

                      I am a LPG customer with consumer no. 8723 bharat Gas Agency 33/82 rustam bagh ajmer road near pratap pura agra, I booked my refill on[protected] and till today 15 days have been passed but refill has not been supplied. that after delivery next booking can be done only after 21 days and if the supply delays for more then 21 days, how a cylinder can run for such a long period. Immidiate attention of Oil company is required in this matter.

                      I had a similar problem. Called up Indane Customer sevice cell in front of the Dealer and the Dealer cooperated immediately. If he does not do so, file a written complaint with the concerned officer under whom the Dealer is appointed. Dont forget to take acknowledgement on the carbon copy with inward no. and stamp, with name of the person giving you the acknowledgement. If still the ptroblem persists, meet the Chief of Indane with all documents. The higher authorities are more responsible and they do take immediate action. We need to follow the matter rigorously.

                      i had been to various places in mumbai and saw that they have a pipeline gas connetion to their house for kitchen cooking work.
                      as far as to my knowledge i havent seen any pipeline gas connection facility to any of the buildings in kalyan dombivli.
                      by introducing a pipeline gas services there are many advantages. mainly there wont be chances of cylinder bursting and as a house owner we need not book for cylinder and wait for couple of weeks for the delivery of cylinder and moreover pipeline gas is quite cost effective than the charges we pay today for cylinders.
                      so i request the KDMC to take this issue as a project and work effectively and do the needful at the earliest.

Since then my sister occupied their Kitchen forcibly and using their Kitchen as well as flat. She is using unauthorized connection of her younger sister since 2001.                       One of old user who was working in Hind Zinc School as a teacher and residing in Zinc Nagar got LPG Connection from Hindustan Zinc Karmchari Sahakari Up. Bhandar Ltd., HZL-Chanderiya, Chittorgarh(Raj). Thereafter he resigned from Services of Hind Zinc School and at the time of leaving service, he handed over all the equipments including original papers with Mr. Mohd. Shakil and presently he is actual Gas connection user since long.

                      The old user is not available/traceable and I am unable to get affidavit from him, therefore, the same LPG Connection may please be transferred in my name i.e. Mohd. Shakil whose following documents are being submitted for n.a. at your end. However, further all the formalities will be completed whatsoever required by you/IOC. The original papers in possession of Mr. Mohd. Shakil including equipments and using by him.

                      my father Late Mr. Niyananda Ghosh had a connection of indane gas (B.W.C.S LTD.- ALAKA - BHUBANESWAR, consumer no. 03666), the original affidavit was with me when father was alive. But my mother without knowledge of both the sons (not filed any NOC from other legal heirs) transferred the connection in her name by submitting another affidavit in her support that the document is lost.
                      when such complaint was made to the distributor he told he will not do anything & referred the matter to area manager Mr. F.I. Mazumdar (IOCL off). But he does not listen anything and advised me to go to court.
                      What will be my right and what is the procedure of transfer of gas. Now we are staying separate and different kitchen is there. Can I get a subsidized gas connection.

                      Transfer of connection to family member is now permitted. In case the transferee in your family is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:

                      KYC of the Transferee
                      Proof of Address & Proof of Address
                      Original Subscription Voucher(SV) in Your Name( If SV is missing Please provide affidavit)
                      Declaration from the transferee

                      The KYC will be verified, multiple connections in the address mentioned for transfer will be checked and then the distributor will make a new Subscription voucher in the Transferee's name.

                      I am a legal heir of my father who is no more. How do I transfer his LPG connection to me?

                      Transfer of connection to legal heir is now simplified. In case the transferee (legal heir ) is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:
                      Declaration by Legal Heir
                      Copy of Death Certificate
                      KYC of the Legal Heir

                        I am consumer of LPG with M/s. INDANE MAA GAS AGENCY, NO.1 GOVT COLONY, MALDA-732101, WEST BENGAL, of consumer no.2222.This agency has a very rude behaviour with the consumers, i was expecting delivery of LPG on 17/02/09 but in vain, most of the time the delivery is given to me after 5 -6 days of the scheduled time, also the phone line is found busy, one has book for his LPG to the office, otherwise god knows about the phone..This is untolerable for a cosumer to aapproach at the ageency inspite of a phone, moreover they show rudeness while asking for the delivery...kindly do the needful or tell where i can write for complaint to my area sales officer...

                            With respect I sunil k rana, staying at bhubaneswar, Orissa, informing you that today(17/02/09)morning i had gone to fill my bike at M/s. Kanak Durga Filling Station, Sahid Nagar, Maharsi college Chowk, Janpath, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I said to fill Rs. 100/-. they filled Rs.99.89 when I asked about the exact price that executive argued & abused me and replied they cann't provide actual Rs. 100/- and normally they are giving Rs.99.89 against Rs.100/- to all of their costumer.
                            So here is the Question Is the Rs.0.11 is not money form our pockets ? Why we pay that tiny amount to that dealer ? Please calculate the value after a huge sell in this particular manner and request you to do the needful.

                            IOCL — Bad Service

                            I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Pattabiram, chennai and my consumer number is 36912. I have booked for a refill on 10th Feb 2009 over phone behalf of my mother (cylinder is with name of my mother). They replied that they will distribute with in 10 days. But after 2 weeks I haven’t received cylinder, when I made a call to them they replied bill was submitted on 20th feb to distributor. Distributor name is Ganesan but distributor (Ganesan) said me that your cylinder is not ready as of now. Again I made a call to service desk and I informed them that, ganesan (distributor) is saying cylinder is not ready; After that service desk people asked him (Ganesan) and replied me, “he is saying that customer not available at site” (it seems that he might be informed to service desk people that customer is not available at site) and again I called distributor over mobile phone but again he said that your cylinder is not ready, see how much of collapse are in agency. I think that distributor had given my cylinder to someone else for money. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                            When I approached the nearest Service Provider of yours M/s Kishore Gas told that as there is a existing connction in the same address they can`t accept my transfer certificate,
                            M/s Golfgreen Gas Services told that our flat doesn`t come under their area, whereas I enquired that they are delivering Cylinder in my apartment.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I intend to own new LPG connection of for domestic purpose. I prepared all the requisite papers as per the requirements told by the dealer. When I went for the connection to the dealer and submitted the papers he asked me to deposite Rs.3400/- for the gas connection and the stove charges. The stove which they were supplying was not of my choice and I told them I will purchase it from market, but they are insisting that I have to purchase the stove from them for release of gas connection and regulator as well.
                              I therfore want to know whether it is mandatory to purchase stove from the dealer or not? You are also requested to kindly direct the dealer to release me gas connection at the earliest.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had gone to fill petrol in my car on 17 Feb at 1515 hrs at Sai Sudhi Petrol Pump, Bangalore - Hyderabad NH-7, Venkatala, Yelahanka, Bangalore-64.

                                One gentleman Mr Raju started filling the petrol and at the same time Mr Ravi Shanker tried to distract me by telling about some offers and in the meantime Raju removed the hose stating that the fuel has been filled. On further enquiry, the two of them tried to mislead me by saying that there had been a poer failure and the meter had reset to zero and that they had filled the full fuel. On further investigation it was found that they had filled petrol only for Rs 322 and had taken Rs 500 from me.

                                On asking for the complaint book they refused to hand over the same to me stating that the owner was away so they did not have the book.

                                This is case of pure cheating by staff of the IOC petrol pump.

                                  Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
                                  My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

                                      I Booked cylender for refilling through Telephone No.1260 on 7th February, 2009 against Booking No.5 and after waiting 4 -5 days I again recall on Telephone No.1260 on 13th February, 2009 and issue me a fresh Booking No.9 .But after 2-3 days on 16th February 2009, I again recall on 1260 now reply me PLEASE BOOK AFTER 3DAYS. After all I dail ANANTJI GAS SERVICE[protected] and get reply that
                                      we have no booking against Customer No.9059 contact Indian Oil Corporation.

                                      I recieved gas cyllinder from Anantji Gas Services(Rani Jhansi Road branch) but that cyllinder is simply good for nothing for me, because i can't connect my stove{chullah}pipe because connector does not fit on the nosel of cyllinder, kindly change my cyllinder asap because We are unable to cook anything at home as our previous cyllinder is already empty...my home address and contact no.# 6498, Block No-8 1st floor, near Mother Dairy, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5...contact no.-[protected]..
