Let me know procedure for booking the refill.
Further the time gap between two refills booking.

i booked my indan cylinder on 27/09/08 but till date i didn't get the cylider.My customer id is Ai9218 ( Nerul, Navi Mumbai).

I am from Guduvanchery, pin:603202. My Gas agency name is M/s.Pattammal Gas Agency which is at
Mudichur Rd., Old Perungalatur, W.Tambaram, Chennai-45.
I had booked for Re-fill my gas on 29/12/08. still now(26/01/09) i didn't get gas. we had booked branch office of Pattammal Gas Agency Guduvanchery . When we asked them, they told to complaint about to headoffice( M/s.Pattammal Gas Agency which is at
Mudichur Rd., Old Perungalatur, W.Tambaram, Chennai-45.)
i am trying for last 1 weak
i.e. from 19/01/09 to till to-day over phone. But
those guys never respond even it was Ringing, Ringing, Ringing otherwise most of the time line
engaged. My Cust., No.9251, will you please try the

I today tried to book for refill and called the telephone number of the distributor at Koparkhairane (Navi Mumbai). I was greeted by a recorded voice giving me a different number to call. I could call there and book for refill but what I wanted to point out was that there was no advance communication from the company about the change of process. Moreover, the most surprising part is that the company web site also is completely silent about any such change. Infact the web site does not even mention anywhere as to what is the process of booking refills (though it very much talks about raising grievances).

My father has been tranferred from jaipur to gurgaon and he need the connection immediately.
Its very easy to resolve all your issues within 30 days, please file RTI application (first call them saying that i am going to file RTI, if he challenge then definetly file RTI, once you file it he will die, Pls update me and also help to others, its your responsibility to aware other and get this country corruption free.), for more detail visit this site.
