Indane Gas Company — Delay in cylinder delivery | |||
Sir, We had booked for indane gas cylinder on 14.10.2011 online. Our consumer number is 67409 and the reference number is 212617. Till now cylinder is not delivered to us and when enquired the reply from the malavia avenue gas agency is that there is labour strike leading to delay in delivery. We had booked the cylinder after receiving the previous cylinder after 21 days, its now already 15 days over after online booking. On total its more than 35 days now. The staff in-charge reply that it will take few more days for cylinder delivery. This issue needs your serious attention. i have booked my refill on 13 feb.my booking no. is[protected]. cash memo no. 10277 has been generated as per message received by indane . above all i have also received the delivery message from indane for the same request on 17 feb. but havent received the refill yet . My agency code is KM04783(kandhari gas, plot no. A-63, pocket-00, sector 2, rohini New Delhi 85)
the matter requires your serious attention. please look into the matter and deliver the refill as early as possible ...
