[Resolved]  Indane Gas — delay in delivery

I am an indane customer with SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE CHENNAI and my consumer no is 60621.I booked for a cylinder on[protected] .my waiting no is 7643. the cylinder has not been delivered till date and when i call the phones are always engaged.I think the receiver is kept down.please look into this.

Indane Gas — Gas not deliver & delay upto 1 month

I have book my gas cylinder before 24th of Jan but till dat Kasna Gas service not deliver the gas. Last month they have not booked my gas and send booked gas service after 1 month 10 days delayed.
My Consumer NO- K16414, Indane distributer (Kasna Gas ), H block, Alpha 2 Greater Noida.

This is very big problem in india that 99% population is crupt, even in private people don't like to do his duty every one want to earn money without doing anything.
Government officer are very irrresponsible in our country they do not like to do work on time.

I am a consumer of Indanegas and my consumer No. 201065 - I am staying at keerthinagar in Ernakulam district and M/s.Surya Gas AGencies, Pachalam, Ernakulam is our Agency for Indianegas. Though I had made the booking on 20.10.2009 till today I have not received the refilled cylinder. Today is 8.02.2010 Though it is an utopian task to get Surya Gas agency on line, on my continued efforts some how I could manage to get them on line, but I was informed that your connection has been shifted to Chittoorappan Gas Agency, Edayakunnam, they have no service at Kaloor area and the delivery to my area will be only once in two weeks. M/s IOC is the party who shifted my connection seven times without my request.poor Surya gas agency is innocent .My connection is alive? Will i get lpg from M/s IOCLI am living with my family .
I therefore request your goodself to take up the matter seriously and help me in this regard.

I am cosumer of INDIANE GAS and CHETAK GAS AGENCY OF CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA) IS PROVIDING CYLENDER.Chetak gas agency is one of the worst gas agency of the world due to some delay and misbehaviour with consumer.I went to their agency for gas delivery but they told me to apply online phone numer for rgisteration of your consumer number.It's totaly absurd because its optional condition.some consumers are illiterate they don't know how to that thing but agency operator don't care about it.When I went their they were beating about the bush and telling its impossible without online phone call we can not provide delivery.Please take strict action aginst them and forsek their authoraty

My complain is regarding Chandni Gas Agency.They never lift telephone.I have booked my cylinder 15 day ago, I think i have to buy my cylinder from Chandni delivered man with extra payment.delhi Govt assured 24 hrs delivered time, might be they are not aware of such agency.

Sir, I am D S Pandey, Indane gas consumer, having number NG 29171Z
I had booked a cylinder on 18Feb 2010, at Nangloi Gas Agency, K-2, Adhyapak Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi 41
when I went to agency to enquire about it, the staff says Aaj deliver ho jayga. But Today is 16th April
not delivered. His delivery man "Rajesh" and they have nothing to do about this matter.
Therefore I have been suffering non gas problem from those days.

I have heartiest request to you that please take necessary action against above stated agency
and solved my problem as soon as possible.

Indane Gas — very long delay in delivery

hello sir/madam, i am an indane gas customer of M/s.munda gas agency . i am continuingly harrsing by the agency in the delivery of gas.i am not only the customer, every customer has the same problem.i mean to say when we book our cylinder in a day we will get the fill up cylinder after 20 to 25 days.so please help me......................................

With reference above subject i booked gas refill on date 28-05-10 but no delivery till date, agency person asked me that company more crisis in refill gas so i more delay in delivery,
IOC is Indias largest company and Navratna so i can't beleave it ,
it is very bad practice & reputation for company
I am very suffer more time and harrasment

ON 15 JULY I BOOKED A CYLINDER BOOKING NUMBER 181 AND MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 24354 AND MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. DIDN'T RECEIVED TILL DATE.

DELAYED DELIVERY
I HAVE TWO CYLINDERS OF INDANE LPG. REGULAR REFILL CYLINDER IS NOT PROVINDING BY THE DISTRIBUTER. WE DEPEND SOLELY ON LPG. INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST OVER PHONE, REFILL CYLINDER IS NOT PROVIDED TILL DATE, STATING THAT LOAD IS NOT REACHED. EVEN THOUGH WE ARE COMING UNDER OPERATING AREA (ie FOUR KILOMETRE FROME MY HOUSE) INSISTING TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE FOR TAKING DELIVERY WHICH IS INCOVENIENT FOR ME.DETAILS OF THE BOOKING FOR THE LATEST REFI LL IS

Dear Sir,

I am a customer for Indaine Gas, my customer No.11724 with your Ayyanthole, Thrissur branch. I booked the cylender refill on 20th of Sept 2010. That day they says that I have to wait for 35 days to get the refilled cylender. Today its the 35th day and when I went and asked about it then they says I will get it only after next week. When I asked up to which number you provided the refilled cylender they wont have any proper answer or records. Its happening long time. They even says if I want I can change the connection from Indian Oil to Bharath.

So please advise me what to do and were I should complain

I am a customer of CHITTOORAPPAN INDANE SERVICES and my consumer No is 13157.I have booked a cylinder through online booking and my booking No is 117dated 30.09.2010.So far I have not received the full cylinder.we have not getting any response from the indane gas distributer.I have Two cylinders both are empty I am facing a lot of problems.kindly take necessary arrangements to get me the cylinders.
