Indane LPG — replecement of pipe

Dear/Sir
I am a customer of Pushpendra gas agency Satna (M.P.), I am using a Gas pipe of isi mark which is purcesed from Market.Now my agency says It is must to purchase from the agency (Pipe's cost is 150/-)otherwise i cant refill my lpg. Now i want to know is it companies guideline or Agency's uideline, please reply.

I am Goutam Gupta, From 01/08/2008 I am residing in a rented house in birati, dist 24 pgs (north), west bengal, opposit of north dum dum municipality. Name of my land lord is Indranil Paul.
In my home there has no gas connection. so many times I went to nearest Indane booking office for getting new connection.
Officers told me that now they can't provide me new connection.


Please solve my problem

I want a New LPG connection for my home, at present I dont have any LPG connection. I am having One Gas Stove and One Regulator. And when I go to GAS agency they told me that it is necessary to buy New Stove and New regulator from them to regiser new connection. without buying stove and regulator they dont accept application for new LPG home connection.

Please reply soon with proper solution.

New LPG Connection. — Bound to purchase Gas Stove.

Dear Sir,

I have booked for new LPG connection. I am getting the letter that you have got booking but you must have take a new gas stove with new connection.
Please tell what can I do and instrction as soon as possible.

New L P G Connection — Not getting new connection even after 3 months

I had come to live at Mehsana in Gujarat since last Three Months after I was devided from my fathers Joint Family. I live in Mehsana since last Three months. Since I had come to my new home (rented) I am trying to get New L P G Connection for domestic use. But I was strenged by the reply from all of the LPG Distributors that New Connections are Stopped at this time & they are unable to clear when I will be able to get new LPG Connection for my home use.

I can't understand, How it is possible to stop most necessory service like L P G Connection which is demnded for Home use only. This is nothing but naglegency of Common men by Government as well as by Oil Companies. These people does not care about illeagle use of Domestic Cylinders in Commercial purpose or in vehicals but they are not willingly to help common men.

Indane/LPG — Regarding new connection problems

Dear Sir,

I resides in Chandigarh. I have visited two Indane Gas Distributor. First one in Sector-30C, M/S Ram Chander & Sons and the second one in Sector - 32D, M/S Punia Gas. Both of them were approached from August. None of them offered me connection. I had no connection in my name. I had all required documents.

M/S Punia Gas noted my name and address in a register. M/S Ram Chander & Sons had not noted anything.

They told that due to lack of Regulator they can not give the new connection.

On enquiry, both of them told that they will allot new connection only with Gas Stove.

M/S Punia Gas in this respect was flexible. It told that they will first verify the presence of ISI marked gas stove. But they told that it will delay the allotment by a week or more. But M/S Ram Chander & Sons told that they will not allot new connection without gas stove, which is against the rule.

It is to be noted that Government has given the instruction in July'08 itself for allotment of new connection. The Government order was not implemented. I have not been given connection by them till 10th October'08.

This type of behaviour of distributor is an indication of bad behaviour with the consumer and violates the consumer right.

It is being asked that "Why should I or Consumer like me be harassed in such a manner?"

It is requested to look into the matter and Distrbutors should be asked to serve the consumer in a better manner instead of harassing them or exploiting them.

The TAS gas agency located in Chrompet is forcing the new customers to buy Stove, Tube, Lighter & Regulator and charging the total amount of Rs. 3700.00 (Three thousand seven hundred). Also they are not giving any original bill except the deposit amount.

Most of the customers are disappointed regarding this. The Indane corp should take immediate action against their activity. And should enquire about the total connections/stoves they have given/sold. To verify this, the Indane corp should speak to all the new customer through telephone and confirm the same.

Note: If the Indane is not taking any action then the public will think that Indane is also the part of the activity.

What is the procedure for changing the consumer name ? Is it required to deposit amount as large as a new connection ?

i am working girl i had no lpg connection before.i want a new connection.i am trying for about last 2 years.i am facing lot of trouble due to this.kindly resolve the problem.

I want a new LPG connection for home. The distributor is saying Rs 1250 as security deposit for one cylinder and Rs150 for regulator and Rs1650 for hotplate and Rs 190 for pipe. The second cylinder they will give after completion of three months with security deposit Rs 900 extra.
Sir, My question is for double cylinder what are the rates? Will I not get double cylinder connection at a time? Is I have to pay Rs 900 for second cylinder?
