[Resolved]  Indane LPG Cylinder — Not giving Door delivery of cylinder

We have an Indane LPG connection with above said distributor in Konni. I am staying within 2 km radius of Konni and my house is less than 50 meters away from the Main Road. But they are not doing home delivery. They will give cylinder in the main road and we have to carry and come. The problem is from morning till evening we have to wait in the main road for the cylinder. There is no information about when / what time the cylinder will come. Not only for me in that whole area they are giving like this.

So i would like to know that there is any chances to get a home delivery or this is the instructions from Indane co itself.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
