Dear sir,

I am consumer of Indane Gas. My consumer no. is 59852. I booked to refill cylender on 21.11.09 vide booking no. 12645 given by our LPG distributer RANIE ENTERPRISES, NO.44, II street, Prumal Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061. Phone no. of Gas distributor is[protected], 22248183, 22241826.

Sir, Gas cylender till today not reached when I called several times they said will reach in day or 2 days. Today when I again called they told the booking cancelled due to road condition not good. Also they told that your booking no was 12670 instead of 12645.

Now they are telling the gas cylender will supply by next 10-15 days and my new booking no. given by them 7360.

Sir, Please look in to the matter as we are facing lot of problems, arranging food for us from hotels. 3 small Kids even not properly get food and milk.

I hope your prompt action in this matter.
