Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that i had a cake delivered to my home through India Cakes http://www.indiacakes.com/ The customer care did chat with me and promised to deliver the cake.But the cake wasnt delivered and i was cheated of almost a thousand bucks..Usually the money is deducted after the delivery has been done but here the money was debited from my account before delivery..The people didnot call me and later i find a mail saying my phone wasnt reachable...both the numbers..while i received several calls the entire day..they had promised to deliver by 7p.m. but when it wasnt done til 8 p.m. i tried calling them but the help line number couldnot be reached. [protected] I was very disheartened by the fraudulence and deceit. and would like to bring into notice this kind of fraud websites.First they say my number wasnt reachable and then they say the address wasnt correct and complete. i would request this website to be marked as spam. and the cheats recognised Was this information helpful? i too had a similar experience with the same website. the do not pick up te phone

yes. i ordered a speed delivery for a birthday cake. first they told before 6pm and next 7 pm next 9 pm and 10 pm.
when i asked to cancel the order they were rude.

they are not fit for birthdays or promised delivery.

i had spolit the birthday ordering from them

I ordered 1 x 1/2 Kg Black Forest Cake, 10 Red Roses Bunch and 1 Teddy
Bear on my wife’s birthday.
The order received on time as expected. Cake which I ordered and
displayed on your website is Black Forest. I received a rotten bad
smelling cake and that too not a Black Forest. I want to complain
about this matter. Imagine the moment that a husband is presenting
rotten bad smelling cake to wife on her birthday and that too of some
other flavor which we never expected.

When you guys take money from customer you should provide proper
quality. Who will be responsible if someone eats that cake and get
poisoned? This is a 3rd class cheating by you people and absolutely
unprofessional.

I am writing this email so that in future you guys won’t cheat people.

The reply which they sent is "we cant replace the cake because you are complaining after two days".

Now, Who the hell is asking them replacement or money back, I am just telling them that, your rotten cake will make someone's life to the dead because it can be poisonous.

The 3rd class service and 3rd class quality and 3rd class reply they sent.

my order no is mumb4381..i have ordered a cake for 13th october..the charges are debited frm my account..bt if i check online the status is updated incomplete..and after reading so many comments about the bad service m scared whether it will get delivered or not..i had a word wid the cust support n he confirmed that the order status is complete..and the no given is not reachable all the time...please help me out..its my mumz birthday cake..and its really important...

India cakes deserve no rating. I simply wanna put them behind bars as they have accepted their fault and still not interested in refundng the money. This is how they earn money. Cheats n frauds is what india cakes is all about. At least refund the money. Horrible people & horrible site. Highly dissapointing by them & want them see suffering. Please sumone should do something against them. We have to do something We cant leave these frauds spoiling others lives like this.
