If you read a newspaper since childhood, and that group starts cheating people in the name of net & tele shopping it feels very shameful to be associated with such group. Daily, "Times of India" is full of attractive offers I wonder if at all these are delivered to any body. After looking at an ad in my daily news paper ie TOI I placed an order of a NIKON camera on 14th of June [order no.[protected]] I even received a conformation SMS on my contact phone number stating that we have received the payment and would be dispatching the product with in 10 days but even on 1st of July it seems a distant dream to get the product. Even the staff listening to your complaints on the phone are helpless. I WOULD ADVICE THE TOI TO NOT TO SPOIL THEIR IMAGE BY THESE PRACTICES. RAJIV MAKKAR

I ordered a washing m/c on date 31/12/12 by paying an amount of Rs 10395 by a company india times shopping their delievery date was 15/01/13 they faild to give delievry on time. and on 19/01/13 i got a message that the product has been delievered. But actually it was not. then i called to their customer care and create a case regarding non delievery . they created a case on 22/01/13 case id 643706 and give me the expected resolution date of 7/02/13 and allot me a case manager Mr. Gaurav . after that i called around 100-150 times in the company but they did nothing and 15 days before today i request them to cancel my order and give my money back . they áren't even calling me .all customer care say is that our higher authority is working and i will get a call in 24-48 hrs but i m not getting any response from their side. they didn't give me a single call regarding any update and no response on money back request even i request them to give me their higher authority no. but they are not showing intrest. please help me
