My Order No is [protected]. despite of so many request and call i am still suffering from your mis management planning.As you know that i have not accept the product sent by you and you have received that product also with your P&T deptt confirmed by Mr Kapil and assured me to be reimbure my amount within short period but still not.this is very pathetic condition of your managerial level,a very bad show.as this product is purchased by me through HDFC CRESIT CARD and on 11 Oct 2009 and the cancellation request is also made on the same date also.Now bank is asking amount with surcharge of Rs 350/-. Puneet kaushik- Customer Service and Arun Patel - Customer Service also assurd for prompt action but not kept their words and they are not follwing the matters hence they are not good manager.this is my last request to you kindly reimburse my amount otherwise i have to knock the consumer forum's door with penality.
kindly look into the matter and inform me on this MOB No [protected] and [protected].
this is my last warning and in future i will come up with legal action.

i have ordered a mobile after seeing it on india times newspaper.i have opted for easy instalments through my HDFC Bank Card but your executive mr Mohit on 11 Oct made it for full payment hence i requested for cancellation the ordered to Mr Mohit who gave me a cancellation request No 2317 dt 11 Oct 2009.despite o so many calls no one attended my call then i opted for ordered option and i spoken to your executives and snr executives but there behaviour is very rude,they donot know how to speak to the customer and satisfy him.they seems to be useless and mare a call attendent hence they have no powers and facility to give information to the customer,as they said.this the list of the executives with whom i have spoken ,but thay are waste

This Mr ashish is so stupid that he hanged me for fifteen minute ,lastlally i have disconnected my call and again i connected to you then Mr chandresh he also behaved a very rudely.
kindly cancell my order and revert my money as this payment is through Credit Card .if it gets late then i have to pay lsurcharge on that without any thing,then this will divert me to take help of Consumer Affairs Court.
if this is the way to deal with the customer then i will assure that you never will succed in future.do not try to cheat the customer but try to win his faith.
