[Resolved]  India Times Shopping — Wrong charger supplied with the APPLE iPOD shuffle 1GB

Dear Sir,

Sub: Wrong charger supplied with the APPLE iPOD shuffle 1 GB.
Ref: India Shopping Times Order Number:[protected], Item Title: APPLE iPOD - Shuffle - 1 GB + Charger + 3 Silicon Case
Complaint Number: 1242703 and 2952.

I have been contacting the customer care service of India Shopping Times for the wrong delivery of the charger for the IPOD purchased by me since the last 4 months. The customer care team is not able to resolve the problem. I have returned the wrong charger through TNT to the company but still the correct charger has not been sent. In fact the customer care team keeps on pestering me that I have not made the payment. So I had to send my credit card details twice. Can you look into this?

Hi Desendar,
I have attached the statement of the credit card which shows that the payment has been made. My complaint number 1242703 has still not been addressed.
The power charger provided with the ipod is not the USB power charger and it does not fit in the docking station of the ipod. I have talked to the supplier (Stylish
Gifts, contact: Nirmal, phone number:[protected] and he has indicated that India Times need to send the charger to the supplier and then he will change it.

The charger which has been supplied cannot be used for charging the iPOD shuffle as it neither fits into the iPOD directly nor fits in the iPOD dock. The charger should be either of the two.






Please change the charger accordingly.

1GB ipod — no delivery

I have buy 1GB ipod 2 month ago but i have no deliverty of it please deliver me it other wise i complain in cunsumer cort i have print of your site regitresen it's track ing no: 5181335 good day

apple ipod 2GB shuffle — out of order when opened

i have purchaged an apple ipod 2months ago. When i started it it was out of order. After 4days i reported to mobile store bathinda from where i have purchaged ipod. They said to replace it from Mohali. I went to Mohali mobile store and they said to take new ipod after a week. After a week when i went again they said come after 4-5 days and till now it has passed two months they dont have changed my ipod. They are saying they dont have stock.
