My wife had ordered a product on[protected], but they cancelled it saying they do not have the product.
The amount was paid through Credit Card (Rs 3148/-).
Later when called they said it has been cancelled and provided with a complaint no# 127601 dated[protected] but the call centre representative tells the complaint was logged on[protected] and informed that the amount will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs. But till now, i have not recevied the refund and every day they are telling it will be refunded within 24 hrs and cut the call immediately
