[Resolved]  India Times Shopping — FRAUD COMPANY

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

Does anyone on this forum really help the consumers, I had launched a complaint last time stating that, how india times shopping is cheating people. first of all i never received the product on the promised time and date, to top it out when i got the order cancelled, the product was shipped after 2 days of cancellation.

I did not take the product as i had camcelled it. when i spoke with ITS, they said they have cancelled the product and i will receive my money in next 3-4 working days this communication was in a form of official email from AMIT BHATTACHARYA on 10th August 2010.

Even today 24th August 2010, when i called them, they gave me the same gyaan and said it will take 7 more days.

I am fedup with this and now i think i need to contact the Times of India office and see if they can help, or else i'll register a complaint with the local police station.

Please check the email conversation i had for my cancellation:

Order Cancellation no given by Anil Singh: 389803

as per the mail below i was suppose to get my refund by Friday, which has not yet happened. thought may be it will be done by Monday, as i trusted mr bhattacharya's word.

and than you people expect the end user to be clam and cool. is it possible?

everybody in India Times Shppoing is giving me false information, right from the bottom to top management.
Just got to know that Mr Sachin Shankar is the Head of Operations, so thought of bringing this to his notice.

Hope at least he behaves as a responsible professional.

thanks for the trouble caused.
