[Resolved]  India Times Shopping — Delayed delivery, Wrong Product given & Non refund of money.

I had Placed an order of Silhouette Supreme- Buy One Get One Free +Free One Beige & One Black Color on 20 June 2010,plus a FREE gift Voucher for Rs. 250/- which can be used to shop in next order. My order number : [protected], the amount was paid from my Credit Card, of which have attached the screen shot. If the payment is made tthrough Credit Card, order will be delivered in 5 Workings days as infomed by the execuitve on phone, "Mr. Babloo" means on or before 25 June. 2010. On 25 June 2010, I made a call to Customer care, spoke to Mr. Yogesh, asking the status of my order was told it will be delivered in two days. I kept waiting for the same.

Then on 1 July 2010, I receive a call from India Times, saying that there was a technical mistake at their end, my order which was under Credit card, was booked under cash on delivery. He placed a fresh order of the same Number :[protected] Sub Order Number 3172454 I mentioned the whole incident to same person, also mentioned 4 July is my Birthday, I have placed an order for the same. He promised me, As the mistake was from our end I will receive the same by 3 evening latest. I kept waiting again. I didn't receive. My Birthday went by without me receiving the order.

I placed a call on 5 July 2010, Spoke to Mr. R. Rahul, asking him to cancel the order. I also wanted to speak to a Senior person. After keeping on Hold for 10 minutes he said all are busy in meeting. He request me that he will arrange a call back by 7 pm. The call never came.

Now the same order arrived yesterday 8 July 2010, which was received by my mother, on my arrival at home I home opened the same, Now to top it to my agony both are Beige color, Voucher is missing.

I regret my decision of placing an Order With India times. I want my money back. I don't wish to be their customer at all. Have written several mails.

11 of July I called Customer Service I spoke to Mr. Sanjeev. He assured me of call back of which I am waiting.

336565 of 5 July : for call back to cancel the order.

320434 of 11 July wrong goods delivered. Also for call back.

Later I received SMS from their end asking me pack the wrong order and send the same back to India times. However I am not interested in this. I want my refund.
