wrong debits
Dear Sir,
I have SB account with Indian Bank (N Usman Rd Br) on 9th April i recd a msg saying request timed out when i try to withdraw Rs.5000 from HDFC then i went to Union Bank of India ATM i recd the same msg no money was recd. around 9.30pm i went to Indian Bank to withdraw Rs. 5000. i recd the money but the balance got reduced to the extent of Rs.10000. i spoken to customer care. they said you have to give ur complaint in your Bank Branch. please suggest some remedy to get my money Back...please

i, v.satyanarayana reddy had opened an account in indian bank in the month of december and i had applied for atm debit card. But still i did n't get that. it's very important for me. plz check that and pass my atm debitcard as early as possible. my account number:807601835. thank you

Sir,
I have to submit that on 22.04.09 At around 8:00 PM I visited ATM of Indian Bank, Preet Vihar branch, New Delhi-110092 to withdraw Rs. 15, 000/- through my State Bank of India ATM card but the machine showed TRANSACTION DECLINED. However the said amount has been debited from my SBI SB A/c No. 10259142866, GT Road Shahdara branch, Delhi..
I request you to kindly take prompt action in the matter and credit the said amount to my abve mentioned account at the earliest.

I AM RISHIKESH MISHRA HAVING SAVING ACCOUNT IN YOUR BANK AT AVNIYA PURAM BRANCH MADURAI, MY ACCOUNT NO IS 825930336 .ON 24 APRIL 2009 I WAS TRYING WITHDRAW MONEY FROM CATHOLIC SYRIAN BANK ATM NETA JI ROAD AND CANARA BANK ATM TOWNHALL ROAD .EACH TIME I WAS TRIED FOR 300 RU . I DID NOT GET ANY AMMOUNT . BUT MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE .SO PLZ TAKE SOME ACTION, AN OTHER PROBLEM WE ARE FACING DAILY NETWORKING PROBLEM OF YOUR ATM SYSTEM PERHAPS MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED DUE THIS REASON . I used my ATM card( My Saving A/C No. 055019231973 bank name: State Bank of Patiala, Branch : Power Colony, Ropar) to withdraw Rs. 2000/- from HDFC ATM machine No.E1AWCD12 located at Sector 35C, Chandigarh on dated 06-06-2009 ( round about 19.00-19.30 hours). All the process was completed but actually amount Rs.2000/- did not come out from the machine. I again put my ATM card in the machine but after that it did not process. Then I went to SBI ATM located at Sector 22, Chandigarh and withdrew Rs.5000/- from the ATM and also collected Mini Statement. But I was surprised to see that Rs.2000/- was debited by HDFC ATM machine No.E1AWCD12 from my account during the unsuccessful transactions at the HDFC ATM machine. Due to some technical fault or inconsistency which might have occurred ATM machine, Rs.2000/- were deducted from my account but this money was not received by me.
So please do the needful and reverse Rs. 2000/- in my account.

My indian bank savings account number is 477846450 and yesterday (07.07.09) at 20.23 pm I used my Indian bank ATM card (NO 5359 3863 0900 1369) in state bank of india ATM counter at kalpakkam, Chennai-603102 which is under SBI (branch at code no of 02219). I entered Rs. 8000/- ( Eight thousand only), subsequently, the machine showed the display "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR TRASACTION". I didnt receive any money and when checked for balance enquiry statement, it was found the RS. 8000/- got deducted from in my account. So, I kindly request you to take necessary action for bring back the money to my account.

Dear sir,
I AM MANOHAR LAL. MY A/C NO IS 774271129 IN THE INDIAN BANK OF KAROL BAGH NEW DELHI. I WAS TRYING TO WITHDRAW CASH FROM THE ATM OF CORPORATION BANK AT METRO STATION SHASTRI PARK. DURING THE PROCESS NEITHE THE AMOUNT WAS WITHDRAWN NOR THE ATM CARD CAME OUT OF ATM MACHINE. I COMPLAINED THE ISSUE IN THE CORPORATION BANK AS WELL AS IN THE INDIAN BANK BUT INVAIN. SO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY CARD AT THE EARLIEST BE CAUSE I AM FACING TOO MUCH PROBLEM TO WITHDRAW THE CASH.

how can i solve the problem? but my card is under good condition
but little mismatch from both side(slidly mismath the front and back)

valid up to 07/12, ) of rupees 995. then i cheked my account balance in an ATM the amount is reduced two times but i have purchased only once .After that i went to the shop, they told me this is the problem of Bank processing, then I went to Indian Bank of noida 16 Branch they told me that Write an application in the name of your Branch Manager
regarding this Problem, they will consider and will take some necessory action and your amount will be back in 10 to 45 days.So please take it as a application and figure out this
problem. I `ll be greatfull to you.

I would like to bring to your immediate attention the fact that two sums of Rs.100/- and Rs.10, 000/- have been withdrawn from my a/c (probably thro’ ATM) without my knowledge on 11.12.09 (both sums on the same day). I presume that Rs.100/- was first withdrawn as a test withdrawal and probably Rs.10, 000/- was with
was withdrawn later once the first attempt succeeded.
I request you to kindly have the matter investigated thro’ the CCTV recordings for the day (11.12.09) to enable me to proceed further.
I also request you to kindly have the with is checked incase there is a wrong debit.

While iam using my debit card in the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, NEAR T.NAGAR BRANCH, ATM machine switche off suddenly and my card is strucked inside I complaint to the respective bank but there is no responce so Kindly help me...

This is to notice you my ATM Card has Missed, on 11-3-2010, till from that moment I was trying to contact to customer care help line (Ph. 02225711616), but unfortunatly all the customer care executives are busy, I was on hold more then 35 in once, and it not happend only time, after so many time and hold for long hrs, I have to come online...but this is very pathatic thing and poor customer service.
Now I requested to pelase block card immidetly and issue the new one.

cash not received but amount debited from my account

I was withdrawing Rs 2800 from my account(savings) from the KVB ATM chitlapakkam.I have my account in INDIAN BANK ACC no.-820587573, Branch- Madurantakam. I also complaint in same bank, but they didnt take any action, so sir plz do the favour in this matter .

My Sb account ATM debit card no-5044339171117524797 and 5044339171117539316, one is sb a/c and one is penshun a/c I can try to withdraw amount in SBI atm sajjapuram, Tanuku but the both cards report is unable to process, so please kindly solve the problem as soon as possible .

I am an account holder in Sbi bank on dated 7/4/10 at 7:30 I went to withdraw rupp 1000 in Indian Bank located Anupuram, Kalpakkam transaction related work completed rupp 1000 dedacted from my account then what aslip came out of the machine written bottom unable process . i checked my account in Sbi atm, found 1000rupp dedacted by indian bank but not received at the atm so I request to return my amount to my a/c as soon as possible.

I am an account holder in sbi perambur branch, chennai Iwent to withdraw an amount of Rs.5500/- at Indian bank atm at perambur branch. But unfortunately I am not getting any amount in the atm.sorry unable to process and declined. Then I went to SBI atm at Periyar nagar branch. I withdraw Rs.5500/- but the atm shows double withdrawal of Rs.5500/- .The amount was deducted in my account.
