Indian Bank — Atm machine not transfer money

Dear Sir,
I am Sethu mathavan.M residing at manaparai SBI customer, I am try to taken money in Indian Bank ATM near my house on (0909.2012),entered the amount and waiting for cash but cash delivering time automatically ATM machine was switch off.I am not got the amount but from our sbi bank message also delivered to me amount debited my account.

I am reported SBI, manaparai on 10/09/2012 and letter also given concern SBI staff but till now no response to me.
