[Resolved]  Indian Bank Branch — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today i visited one of your indian Bank Branch at Puzhal (code 1712), i entered in to bank 11 am for taking a DD of Rs.850.00, it tooks almost 2 hrs to get a DD, i received DD in my hand at 1.15pm, i saw No Customer Service, no response for customer. When I ask about this to a clerk they are telling man power shortage.

Every one knows now a days banking sector is very competitive one, they are attracting customer by the way of service. but our prestigious banks like you not improved in any level, the peoples who are working in that Branch is very lazy, searching buttons in key board, they are not bother about the crowdness and customers waiting for long time, if you continue service like this you may loose your prestigious customer as well as business.

These are all the main reason for customers moving from banks like you to private banks.
