[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Debit card

As i entered my debit card of state bank of india in indian bank atm. . . . . Because of technical problem card was not returned back and it was inside atm machine. . . , as i spoke to officer of indian bank they are telling that they will not return my debit card back becuase i asked them some rules and regulations. . .
