[Resolved]  Indian — regarding charges for new connection

dear sir, this is krishna sony, I have booked new connection in the may month. now at the time of delivery I asked from booking centre the charges they told me 4600/- for one cylinder and 6000/- for 2 cylinder with pipe and Chulha. which I dont want. Kindly let me know why they r not following why they are compelling us to purchase chulha along with cylinder.
