DELAY IN DELVERY MY CONSUMER No: LT 4389 DEALER Anirudha Gas Seva, Road No.-1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16 Bihar. I BOOKED LPG, MY ORDER No: 1147 DATED 05/03/2010. TILL DATE i.e. 12/03/2010 the order is not executed, although we have contacted them three times in between this period and every time they assured to deliver next day. unfortunately the delivery did not materialised till today i.e. 12/03/2010 at 5.00PM. My distributor always ignores his bonafide consumer and weigtage only V.I.Ps and blackmarketer like small gas shopkeeper, hotel owner etc. Last month vendor of gas agency came after loging the complaint and slip of gas given to me after three days later from issuing Was this information helpful? My Indin Oil Gas Connection No.SR 6686 with your dealer M/S. SRI RAM GAS SERVICE B-37/122, BIRDOPUR, VARANASI. I HAVE BOOKED GAS REFILL ON[protected] BUT TILL THE TODAY[protected], THE DEALER NOT SUPPLIED ME THE REFILL.WHEN I ASKED FOR NON SUPPLY OF REFILL HE SAID THAT YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED . YOU AGAIN GO THROUGH NEW BOOKING. HE ALWAYS HARRASHING BY THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE, MY SINCERE COMPLANIT AGAINST THE DEALER. KINDL TAKE THE SUITABLE ACTION .

Dear Sirs,

My customer id no. is 614828 for Indane Cylinder supply and my dealer's name is Nandhinee Gas Agency, Tiruvanmiyur. . I booked my LPG on 15.06.2010 under document No. 1548. They promised delivery in 10 days. After the lapse of 15 days, I started following up on a daily basis with their office No.[protected]. They are giving false assurance that the cylinder will be delivered next day. To my surprise when I called again on 22.07.10, they mentioned that due to door locked, the cylinder could not be delivered earlier and the same will be delivered on 22.07.10 before 4.00 pm. This is definitely a false excuse they are giving.

But nothing is happening. I am convinced that there is some foul play. No responsible answer is forthcoming from the booking staff.

Kindly address my problem as I am put great hardship.
