[Resolved] Indian Oil (Indane) — USELESS EMERGENCY SERVICE | |||
I am having Indane Gas Connection (Customer No. TC-04070 ) with M/s Jayant Gas Service, B-24, Community Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-58. My gas cylinder got empty in the morning at 6.30 AM and there was a smell in the new cyclinder at the time of installation. I immediately tried to contact the emergency numbers (Mob.[protected], 25080458,[protected] provided in the Cash Memo by the abovesaid agency. It was an utter surprise for me that both the landline numbers were not picked up by anyone and the person available on mobile, Gopi gave us another number (Mob.[protected]) for complaint. I have been trying to contact the new number since then but all in vain. Then I tried to contact Gopi's number but it was switched off. Finally, I contacted Gopi at 8.30 AM and he confirmed me that their person will visit within two hours i.e. arount 10.30 AM. I am shocked and surprised if this is the attitute of the Gas Agency Emergency Cell to the customer who are in dire need of their services. Hope u must do the needful in the matter and also try to improve the services o[censored]r Emergency Cell.
