[Resolved]  Indian Passport — Vide postal registration number

Dear sir,
When postmaster come my home with passport then i m on office so he dont give passport to my family.
So plz tell me now how i take my passport. I have no post office adrees and number. My Passport has been despatched by post on[protected] vide postal Registration Number 035034

When I check my passport status, its showing "Passport has been despatched by post on[protected] vide postal Registration Number 045515".

Is there any way to track it through postal service from this "Registration Number 045515" ????

This is very surprising, When I check my passport status, its showing "Passport has been despatched by post on[protected] vide postal Registration Number "A-972541"and nobody giving responce neither Passprt office nor Post office.

This is very shamefull for our Govt. body who are not taking any responcebilities for the same.

India Govt. must think about this problems as there are lot of complaints and lot of people suffuring from such type of problems.

I am also facing the same issue they said passport is dispatched on 15th March 2010 by the office via postal registration no and there is no one either speed post or passport office telling any thing.

Sir, I am also facing the similar problem. The status shows "Passport has been despatched by post on[protected] vide postal Registration Number A9155". Everyday I am calling to passport office and the respond I am getting is that it has not been returned back. I am inquiring to post office they are not able to tell anything.

The passport reference number is CAL-A[protected].

I would like to know how by when would it be despatch. I need the same on urgent basis.

Also, if there is a system in place from where it can be tracked as to whether the post office did receive the same or not.

The reference number for the same is CAL-A[protected]. I would like to know by when would I receive this passport as it is an urgent need.

Also, is there a system in place through which I would be able to track the same with the post office whether they have receive the passport or not.

What is postal system? How much time it takes? If they take (delay) such time in process then what is importance of Tatkal application?
