[Resolved] Indian Postal Department — theft and late delivery

a speed post was sent to me from satara in maharashtra no EM[protected]IN on 14th october 2010.The department failed to deliver it to me and was most unhelpful.On 11th Nov when i went to inquire about it at the post office i found that its contents were stolen.The movement details of the speed post are attached.Also it can be seen that the bag was opened by them on 25th october as mentioned in the tracker.When i wrote to the concerned individual about the delivery he also passed the buck.I have suffered a loss of my watch which has been stolen costing 8200 rupees.Pls do the needful.

indian postal department — Late Delivery

I had a very important mail to be speedposted to me on 9th Feb from Kolkata to Hyderabad bearing the tracking number EW[protected]IN. Today its 15th Feb and the piece has still been not delivered.
When I am checking in the web, the status shows bagged in Gachibowli on 13th Feb.

As I am calling the concerned post-office I do not get clear clarifications.
This is highly frustrating and disappointing.

When I am checking in the web, the status shows bagged in Kolkata Airport on 12th Feb
