Hi, I am NRI and reside in Repl of Ireland. I have booked an e-ticket for my train Journey on 8th December 2008 but due to derailment the train was cancelled in Brahmapur in Orrissa. have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt.04.04.09, Reminder No. 2 dt.02.06.09
to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet
not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No.3
dt. 03.07.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to
concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any,

process and is under progress. The TDR process takes around 90 days.
