Dear Sir,

The services of Train no.- 2213 name +BSB ANVR GARIB RATH, are really very very poor.......due to which all seats are vacant.......pantry as well as AC both are very poor.

i had travel several times in BSB ANVR G RAT 2213/2214 and always found very bad service in the train..

1. No water will be there when train starts from anand vihar,
2. No regular pantry car service.
3. Always delays in timing.
4. No maintenance in the coach..
