[Resolved]  Indian Railways — MISBEHAVIOR

I travelled in train no.5312 from Barielly jn. To Mathura jn. by PNR NO.[protected] . The AC was not working properly from barielly .At every station the AC stopped working as soon as the train stopped & HATHRAS onwards the entire electric supply was disconnected . On asking the attendant told that the T.T. in in some other compartment.. We asked for the complaint book from the attendant but he refused & advised us to go to the guard.

As the train reached mathura jn. We went to the guard for complaint book but the guard mr.Akhil kumar saxena. Refused to give us the complaint book as according to him he has joined the duty from mathura jn.. then he advised us to meet station master .we went to the deputy station master , after hearing the whole case he refused to have any complaint book and told us to go out of his cabin.

So I suggest you to remove the complaint books from mathura jn. & train no. 5312 . so that the passengers may not waste there time in searching the complaint book.
