Dear Sir/Madam,
With respect to the PNR no [protected], I had filed my TDR as did not undertake the journey, since the train was delayed for more than 5 hours.
I had an urgent meeting in Delhi at 12 noon the next day, which I would not have been able to attend, had I traveled on this ticket.
Thus, I traveled through flight between Patna - Delhi on the next day morning flight from Indian Airlines, the ticket is attached for your reference.
First of all, the time taken for decisioning is more than 90 days which does not meet your SLA and commitment and promise of 90 days TAT for decisioning.
Secondly, I am completely shocked and aghasted to note that my TDR has been repudiated.
I would challenge this and would like to take it to the next level of escalation and grievance redressal matrix.
This is not at all acceptable and such treatments definitely discourages one from e-ticketing, this is pure harassment of a genuine customer and the time taken for the decisioning also is pathetic and disgusting.
I intend to pursue this through consumer forum as well, the delay in decisioning and repudiation decision, I have proofs that I did not travel on that day on the ticket appended below, which I have claimed for TDR.
You are more than welcome to call me and contact me for any more details or clarifications on this.
Regards,
Rajiv
