MY MOTHER HAD TO COME TO PATIALA FROM PURANI DILLI RAILWAY STATION. FOR THIS SHE WAS ALREADY HAVING HER TICKET RESERVERD FROM DLI TO PTA IN 14731 DLI BTI EXPRESS TRAIN. COOLIE MADE HER SIT IN THE WRONG TRAIN HAVING THE SAME NAME INTERCITY EXPRESS. SHE REACHED ABOHAR.TICKET COLLECTOR ALSO CHECKED HER TICKET AND SIGNED IT. IS INDIAN RAILWAYS HIRING ILLITERATE TICKET COLLECTORS? ARE THEY BLIND THAT THEY COULD EVEN CHECK THE TICKETS OF THE PASSENGERS TRAVELLING. DO THEY NOT HAVE TONGUES TO TELL THE PASSENGERS THAT THEY HAVE CAUGHT A WRONG TRAIN. WHAT CAN BE DONE NOW?? NOTHING! WHOZ AFFECTED?? INDIAN GOVERNMENT? NO! TICKET COLLECTOR?? OBVIOUSLY NOT! AFFECTED IS THE PASSENGER AND HER FAMILY! I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT SO THAT THIS COULD NTO HAPPEN WITH ANYBODYS MOTHER TOMMORROW! Was this information helpful? | |||
