Hello, I am Vimarash Rastogi, as I booked a railway ticket with Rs.1056 Amt under PNR [protected] on[protected] for the date of journey on[protected], from Lucknow to Jammu Tawi in train no.2331, but due to running late by more than 12 hours train was cancelled by railways for that day, so I filled a TDR as per the instructions given by the Railways Call Center Representative. As per the TDR rules if any train is cancelled by the railways because of running late or some other reason, passengers are liable to get 100% refund of the Ticket charge printed on the Railway Ticket after filing the TDR for E-Tickets. As the train was cancelled, but I was refunded only half the amount printed on the Electronic ticket i.e. Rs.528. So I want to lodge a complain regarding indian railways to credit back the remaining refund amount into my account. Moreover for the reference I am attaching a screenshot of my IRCTC portal with TDR filing history.
