On 30th of March 2012, I bought 3 tickets from Srirangapatnam to Bangalore in a Passenger Train for me, my wife and daughter at 13:45 Hrs for the 14:45 Train. Since the temperature was very hot and no drinking water facility and the toilet in the station, I asked the Station Master to give the complaint book for which he refused to give on the grounds that everything is available. Although none of the above facilities were available he argued with us without giving the complaint book till the arrival of the train. Since me and my wife were senior citizens and I wish this should not happen to any other people, I want this complaint should be taken more seriously. Was this information helpful? |
