[Resolved]  Indian Speed Post — not deliver the consignment

I have booked my consignment thourgh indian post (speed post) my consignment no is spef[protected]IN dated.24/08/11 from maharajganj siwan,bihar to M/s. south delhi entp,motibagh, new delhi.
But till date my consignment not reached at final destination and after that I hv made many complaint to senior executive of concerned department but no action hasbeen taken yet now my complaint no .[protected]dt.15/09/2011.
please do the needful
