I have purchased 1 x MICROSORIUM PTEROPUS -- "Java Fern" (JVF) from Indiapetstore.com on 9th of July 2011. Order no: 3016722. Transaction details: Rs. 237 credited to Nirav Ashok Shah, Bank ICICI, IFSC: ICIC0000314 Savings A/c:[protected], Branch: Sushant Lok, Gurgaon Transaction proof ID: SBIMBTD[protected] DATE: 9/7/2011. Time: 00:33 I have sent many mails to the customer care of indiapetstore.com but they didn't respond to any of my mails. On 7th August, I mailed Mr. Nirav Ashok Shah stating about non delivery of the order and non responsive attitude of their customer care . He said that I'll be getting the item within 50 days. He also said that their CC mailed me four times but they went undelivered. So blaming it on Yahoo, I sent mails from my gmail account, still no response. I think they themselves are not responding and making the lame excuse of non delivery of emails. On 18th October I saw on their website that the item has been delivered on 23rd September but I very well know that no item came to me from indiapetstore.com at that time. I am sure it's a total fake reflection. So when I asked the CC about the proof of delivery and tracking code (emails sent from both my google and yahoo account), not even a response came to me till now. I'm very well aware that I've lost the money and I warn future buyers to stay away from indiapetstore.com for their own good. Was this information helpful? | |||
