[Resolved]  Indiatimes — Non Delivery of the order ( books )

The order was booked on Indiatimes online for delivery of books. The order is not delivered for past 1 month and the consumer care is stopped responding...!!
The order details are as follows :

Pl. refer to my repeated reminders on the order which I registered with Indiatimes shopping.
I regret that I have no response from you.

In such a situation, I am forced to take unpleasant steps as complaining to consumer forum against Indiatimes for not honoring the commitments.
