Dear sir,
Subject: order no [protected] dated 13th feb 2011.
With reference to the above order placed by me, the original lock –n-lock 15 piece storage set was priced at rs.1299+rs 199 delivery charges.
This set included:
• 2pcs. 550ml Sandwich Box
• 1pc. 750ml Butter keeper W/Tray
• 2pcs. 850ml Snack box
• 4pcs. 450ml Rectangular Food Container
• 2pcs. 140ml Sauce/Pickle Container
• 2pcs. 180ml Spice Storage Box
• 2pcs. 1.2ltr. Pet Water Bottle
I was told to expect the delivery within 3 weeks.
On the 16th of March, I called to ask about the status of my order. The person on the line told me that the order has already been delivered and been accepted by Mr. Akash against cash.
This sounded ridiculous because the order was placed in my name and how does it go to any random person?
The person from your end apologized and renewed my order.
The new order no is [protected] dated 16th March.
The order was delivered to me on the 21st march by Blue Dart couriers.
On delivery, I was asked to pay Rs 1648/ instead of the Rs. 1498.
This new price had never been communicated to me at the time of placing the order.
However, I paid the said amount and accepted the delivery of the goods, after consulting with Mr. Ankur
On opening the order, I find that the pieces that I have received are completely different from the advertised pieces as mentioned above.
The list of what I have received is:
• 5 pcs. 350ml Rectangular Food Container
• 5pcs. 180ml Rectangular Food Container
• 4pcs. 100ml Sauce/Pickle Container
• 1pc. 5Ltr. Sandwich Storage Box
I have a serious grievance against your organization which has cheated me, with regards to my original order as well as the amount and the contents of the order received.
Yours being a virtual organization, I was left to the mercy of your staff to mislead me and get away with it.
I approach you sir, with the complaint and seek the replacement of my order.
I do hope you understand my grievance and act upon it immediately.
Attached below is the link which shows the advertised products in the Bombay Times dated 13th February 2011.
