I have also a complaint about the india times shopping. They are useless and fraud makers. I have booked a 8gb pen drive digital video recorder + spy camera productNo.[protected] on 25/08/2009 and payment was made on the same day and they have mentioned that the item has been shipped on 31/08/2009 by Elbee courier and the AWB no is[protected] and till date it is not reached me. Though if i mail to [protected]@indiatimes.co.in the mail returns immediately with the remarks failure to deliver the mail. Even the phone Nos provided by them are in such a way our calls are kept in que and will not being attended and the waste of time and money is the loss. The Merchant was Texnix and his address or his email adress or his phone nos are not given. From this it is eveident that they are fraud. Thogh i have sent mail through feed back customerservice indiatimes they dont reply. Simply they grab the money and keep mum. Kindly look in to matter and do something and we should make wide publicity to the general public that online shopping in indiatimes is not worthwhile and it is full of bougus fraud company.

same here i ordered 16GB Spy Pen Camera + Free Wrist Watch, the order was taken by their executive Mr. Ravi vide order No. [protected] and i paid by credit card, the order then arrived by elbee courier and the delivery boy asked me to first sign the POD whithout seeing the products, he insisted that i should sign the POD then open the envelope and check the material and if there is any dispute i should call the shipper and courier is in no way responsible for the loss, to which i refused to sign the POD, tell me one thing how can one give a receipt of something which he has not physically verified ? i then asked the indiatimes to instruct the courier company to redeliver with instructions to let me verify teh products but till date they have not responded, even i have moved to the consumer court against them, believe me indiatimes is the biggest fraud i have ever seen in my life, there are many more online shopping sites like ebay but they are very customer friendly and genuine.
