[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Order not delivered and refund not given | |
Indiatimes failed to deliver my order and now is not even refunding my money. I wrote a mail to the customer care email id given on the website but did not receive any reply from them. After about 5 days I received a mail informing me that I would be receiving Gift certificates as refund. Since I havent cancelled the order myself and Indiatimes failed to deliver the order hence I expect a full cash refund of my money. I made this clear to Mr, Manoj (customer care executive) with whom I spoke immediately after reading this mail. He assured me that I would be given a cash refund. However just 2 days after this conversation I received a mail from mr. Abhishek Kumar (email sent from id of Mr. Arun Kumar) that Gift certificate had been issued to me. Such irresponsible behavior is completely unacceptable from Indiatimes. On reading this mail I called my their customer care helpline and spoke with one Miss. Divya. I asked her to connect me to either Abhishek or Manoj. At 9:30 am she told me that they were not yet in office. They would come by 11 am. I was assured that I would receive a call from Abhishek (supposedly the supervisor of this pathetic customer care) by noon. Its been 4 days now I am still waiting and hence now I am registering this complaint here. My order details are as follows: The order number is[protected].
