[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Invoice not shipped | |||
I purchased a blackberry 9320 from Indiatimes shopping on 25th Dec'12 vide their order no. [protected]. I received the item on 31st Dec'12. However, I still have not received my invoice for the same. I have been following up with them since 1st Jan'13 but till date I haven't received the invoice. Their case ID is 606175. Every time they revert with the same answer that we will ship the invoice as soon as we get a revert from the specific vendor which according to me is not a satisfactory answer. There should be some sort of time frame for each resolution. You will also understand that a mobile phone without an invoice will pose problem in case I wish to resell this phone and if I wish to avail warranty on the handset.
