[Resolved] Indraprastha Gas Ltd. — Pipe line gas connection in home | |
I applied/ booked for the pipe line natural gas connection with Indraprastha Gas Ltd. in the month of February 2009 for my home, with the amount of Rs 5,000 as security amount and the form cost of Rs 300. The amount has been debited from my account in the month of March 2009. On number of times I made the complaint with their call centre number and on the given customer email ID but till date it has not been instaled and neither my amount with the interest has been refunded back nor I have been given the proper reply from the competent authorities. On number of times i made the complaint with their call centre numder and on the given custer email id but till date it has not been istalled and neither my amount with the interest has been refunded back nor I have been given the proper reply for the competent authority. If somebody is there who can take the appropriate action then please let me know the same

WILL YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & SUPPLY THE GAS IMMEDIATELY.
