Sir, sub: - KL 42 D 2433 - RITZ-BUZZ - RUNNING COMPLAINT FROM ALLWYN V.J I had purchased a Ritz vxi from Thevara INDUS MOTORS on 02.08.13. First service done in 700 kms. 1. On 28-09-13 evening my car has break down in Edapally trafic signal from the way from Iringalakkuda to Cochin. After half an hour vehicle starts and continued the journey to home. mobile service team reached home @ 8:30 pm and not found any complaint in the vehicle. 2.On[protected] times vehicle stoped in Ernakulam city on the way to Lakshmi hospital and took the vehicle to Thevara INDUS. Mr. Fizal in vehicle service cleaned some calibration part and handed over the vehicle to me. 3.On 13-10-13 vehicle again stoped on the way from palarivattom to Malipuram (vypin) in the evening. Informed the matter to Fizal - sales. As per his instruction called and Mr. Sagar in service and he tooked my vehicle on 15th oct morning. 4. 15-10-13 Mr. Sagar took a test drive to W.island and the vehicle automaticaly stoped on the way. He cleaned some carbon deposit in the engine box send the vehicle to my home (Driver - Frijo) The vehicle again stoped in the gosree junction and frijo informed Sagar. Mr. Sagar again took the vehicle to Thevara Indus service station. Mr.Sagar rectified one carbon block in a tube and send the vecle on 17th oct. 5. 19-10-13 The vehicle again automaticaly stoped @ palarivattom Junction. The vehicle is not starting. informed the matter to Sagar & regional manager sabitha. She tooked the vehicle to Indus Thevara and now the vehicle in Thevara INDUS MOTORS. Today morning One service guy informed me that fuel pump have complaint and order the pump and planning to change the pump. Contacted Mr. W.M.Premkumar he promised me to rectify the complaint before today evening (21.10.13) Due to continous complaint on my new Ritz-Buzz Im using taxi and it is very expensive.I fllled petrol on 12th oct @1500/- now the the vehicle petrol tank is empty due to test drives in the Thevara service station and vehicle pick ups by the mobile service team. This time I am informing that Indus motors is 100% liable to compensate my loss and If the vehicle shows the same complaint I will forced to inform this matter to Maruti head office for the further action.
