[Resolved] Infibeam — ABOUT PRODUCT DELIVERY | |||
I ordered a pen drive via Infibeam one month ago, and I was informed periodically that the product has been shipped,and will be delivered by April !. But I did't receive it yet.Today is April 24th. I had e-mailed a complaint to the Customer Support Officer(Ms.Dipti Chawla), and they asked for some time . Three weeks is sufficient for them to settle any courier issues, I think. But they informed me after three weeks that the product had been returned to the origin. THANK GOD ,I HADN'T PAID ANY MONEY.I HAD PLACED THE ORDER FOR CASH ON DELIVERY. SO PLEASE FRIENDS, DON'T TRUST THE SITE COMPLETELY. IT IS ALWAYS SAFE TO ORDER ANY PRODUCT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION. Thank you infibeam for being so IRRESPONSIBLE.
