THANKS FOR BEING SO IRRESPONSIBLE "INFIBEAM" TEAM
I haveordered a rakhi gift for my sister on Aug-15-2010. The expected delivery date is 23-Aug-2010. I have either recieved any shippment
confirmation nor the order showing any details of shippment. I called the customer support twice, first time they told me that they will call me after checking with shipper, but i didnot received any call. So before support team (behaves like govt babus) left for the day I dare to call them again and I got the response that the product will be shipped today itself however the shippment details will be update on Saturday i.e. Aug-21-2010. In the night I also recevied an reply email from the support mentioning that the order will be shipped by tomorrow i.e. Aug-21-2010. Email is not in sync with response received over phone

I waited on Saturday i.e. Aug-21-2010 till the evening, but I didn’t get any details of shippment, still the order status is processing.
I lost my hope now so I though of sharing my exerience with the world i.e.I trust that all the testimonials they show on website are fake. so don’t trust any more on this team i,e. infibeam

One of the executive called me to update me about the delivery and told me that they are going to deliver this product free of cost because of the mistake from the infibeam team.
At the end of the call, he request me, if I can revert the review on mouthshut. Since I didn’t affirm him so the team has not refund the amount to me. I didn’t get the credit.
The Infibeam team should understand one think that if they want to be sucessfull in this business, they must be honest on the promises. They should try to improve the customer satisfaction.
Anyhow, Since my product has been delivered sucessfully, So I want to thanks to infibeam team and suggest them to improve the customer relatioship.
