I have Purchased a red colour kurti in infibeam thru online shopping COD and my order 8815533.When I Opened I am terrible shocked with bad quality cloth which was tron and damaged.response from the customer care was bad.They asked me to return thru a courier.after sending it I didnt get any response from them. Its better please don't buy anything from this site.
A guy called from the customer care on Saturday and he told he tried reaching me several times to slove the problem.But i got only on call on Saturday.They told me they can arrange for reserve pickup.Till now they have not done it.Please find the picture attached.
I cant even give it to anybody because its very old and torn damage piece
