i have ordered a product via Order No. :- 544352 from website four months ago. Unfortunately, it was defective and on your request I had chosen a alternative product and also deposited the rest amount in your a/c. Bus till now I didn't received my product moreover you guys are unable to tell me the exact date of product delivery.
