Guys, to share with you all, one of my close friends(he is a BTech fresher) today appeared in an interview with Interglobe. He went through the tedious process of interview rounds and spent full day at Interglobe office, Gurgaon. After some 3 rounds of discussions, and filtering out 4 out of 60 candidates, the selected candidates were told (of course he was one of the ones selected) to pay a security of Rupees 3 Lacs upfront before joining, and the joining salary would be 5K per month. The worst part was that this thing was told to them after taking all the rounds and wasting the complete day - from morning 9 AM to evening 4 PM! Disgusting. I used to think of Interglobe as a BPO and Software company, but this experience clarifies that it isn't so. Either the HR of the company has gone nuts, or it is a company run totally by frauds. Please share it further so as people don't waste time in attending interviews over there.
