[Resolved] Intex In 6611 Mobile — Network Problem in my mobile | |
Sir, This is Gokul Prajapati from Ahmedabad. I have purchased new Intex In 6611 mobile from the MEXX Mobile Shop at Bapunagar, Ahmedabad on last 10 Jan 2010. At very first day I feel network problem in my mobile, So I observed it for another 4 days and one Ringing speaker is not working. For both of these problems, I had gave my mobile to WE CARE ( Service center for Intex Mobile, Contact No. [protected] ) on 16 Jan 2010. But still problem is not solved and Service Center Person said that We don't have solution for this problem, you have to wait for another one week. So I think there is no mean of purchasing this kind of mobile. Today i have called to service center person, he replayed that the problem with your mobile is that it have some problem with Airtel network, so we are traing to solve it but you have to wait for another 15 to 20 days. I purchased the Intex 6611 about two months back and since then I am pretty satisfied with the handset, except that inspite of my best efforts I have found it hard to run internet on the phone. Even Airtel Live is not running onto the phone. I have complained to the Intex Authorities but to no avail...

Intex Ace in 6611 mobile phone is very 3rd class mobile.
Problems to that I have got
1 Network problem
2 Invalid SIM, Inser SIM message.
3 Very Low Sound
4 When any SMS arrive, then no any button (only power switch works) works, so u can not read message.
5 Charging time taks near about 4 hours.

INTEX(ACE IN 6611) — mobile phone query
i am using Intex mobile. i bought this mobile in the month of april,2010. even 1yr has not been passed i am facing soo many problemss with this phone. this is one of the worst phone i have ever seen. Producta are not at all user friendly. i bought this brand product for the 1st time and it is a very bad experience with this product. in future i ll never prefer to buy these products of this brand.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
