We hold a indane gas connection,S12529, on my mother's name, Paramjit Kaur, with Shalimar gas agency in Shalimar Bagh. As the last date of transparency forms is nearing, we reported to the gas agency with form and all relevant documents, since my mother is out of country at present and might not make it till 15th of November. The distributor declined to register our form saying she should be present herself and we cannot submit the form. He immediately cancelled the connection and refused to do anything. We called the indian oil to register a complaint /find a solution but got same response from them also. We were refused any new connection since we have a connection on my mother's name on same address and that has also been blocked since she is not present herself. So, what are we supposed to do?!!! I think its only a way to cancel connections so that consumers are forced to buy cylinders in black!! Kindly help.

    hello sir my name is shams , maine indane ke automated online refill booking ke dawara apni gas [consumer no 26732] ki booking date 8/10/2012 ko booking karai thi jiski dilevery date 31/10/2012 hai par aaj tak mujhe gas nahi mili , jab mujhe gas mili hi nahi to uski delivery kaise ho gayi jab mai unke office gaya to unhone kaha ki aap ki gas cancel ho gayi hai aur aap dobara booking kariye , is tarah to meri ek gas jispar subsidy milti hai laps ho jayegi plz told them to send my gas immediately

    LPG — misbehaving with customer

    Sir/ Madam,
    I am customer of single LPG connection from DWARKESH GAS AGENCY (ANAND) GUJARAT coustomer no.5753. I have taken the connection from him as on 28.5.08. there was always problem of delayed refill delivery. etc. tired of all this i wanted to shift my connection to other agency.I was asked for 50/- for the paper work and stationary for which i asked for the bill and thye lady NAME Sonal refused to give. then one Mr. Kanu Bhai came into the cabin and started pushing us out and asked to get out of the office. that person (kanu bhai) had hits me and also my brother in law who acompanied with me.there was no decency in taking, no manners to take to a lady.Finally he agreed to give the bill and sonal the lady over there said just issue the bill. and we shall see that they come back begging for the connection here. Sir, why should the customer be penilied for all small things we ask for. we can't ask for our rights, if done then we are the losers from all sides.

    please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

    Indane/LPG — irregularity, misbehavin by the worker of distributor

    The distributor has make a new low to distribute the cylinder among the customer ie, after receving a cylinder apply for the another cylinder after 15 days the prosidure for the applied cylinder will take another 15 days then what is the use of my second cylinder.
    I have applied for my cylinder on 08-07-09 Sr no-2273 but not get the cylinder as till rite now.
    The manner of the worker is not good with the customer.

      sir, myself dr. navneet garg , i had apply for the new LPG connection of indane company at the TEJ ENTERPRISES, GOPALPURA BYPASS, TONK ROAD JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN on 15 oct.2012.
      intially they were telling that they are not accepting applications for the new connection. when i told them that through the media i had heard that oil companies are providing the connection, then only they had accepted my application, and ask me to come afttter 15 days.

      now on 2nov.2012, when i again visit , thy told me that they are not giving new connections. when i made the objection they provide me one mob. no. [protected] of RAKESH MEENA field manager. but the mob. no. either comming switch off or nobody responding .

        My indane gas dealer is Moonlight gas service at bhedreshwar, hooghly, westbengal.
        Services of gas delivery has been very poor that is why I am at 75, continuing disturbance on their delivery schdule. as example last i booked gas on 2.10.12 (gas recd 22.09.12) but till date not delivered gas and status on online record that delivered as on today is 13.09.12. I am not understand particularly this supplier is totally failure but on near location delivery has been made 15 -20 days after booking.
        Please look into the matter is very serious.

          My Consumer no K-19185.First I will give you thanks for Automatic Gas booking.Now I need not depend on mercy of Kasna Gas Agency.Still problem is not resolved fully according to me .Kasna Gas Agency is only agency who is providing Gas cylinder after 27 days . Other Gas Agency like Bhart as well as HP delivering cylinder in week time only. you can see the detail of mine Consumer No-K-19185 of kasna Gas Agency.Today When I have come to know about KYC form.When i have gone to deposit KYC Form with full document as per KYC Form. Mr Nitin of Kasna Gas Agency has refused to collect the form.when i have asked about it .Please Give me in writing . He Told me that I an Government Servant why i should give u in writing. He told me contact in side office .Office person told me I do not Know. Then I have contacted to Vandanage on Mobile .She has picked the my number thanks God .She told me that She likes to speak Mr Nitin but He has refused to talk to her owner, All Such Conversation has listen by Vandanage . I have tried to Contact to Renuka Shukla on her (mobile No [protected]) so many time since morning . In your Noida office (land line[protected] ) Lady Operator refused to give Email Id of Renuka Shukla. This is the condition Of Navratn Company of india in Delhi & NCR. I do not know What about Other Area.Today I am not in position to scan all the document because I am in Hospital.I request you Early action on this matter.I will be thankfull to you very much.             For your information Indan gas distributor and employees behavior is not good ,at the time of we reached there office they are give us abuse and say don’t come here again, we are not your servant, and about refill ,our due date is 25/10/2012 but its still pending, we make the queue from 05:00 am to 08:00am even after this there is no solution ,I am going for gas to distributor office from 25/10/2012 to till date but we don’t get the gas yet, and for blacker there is always gas available.
            So its request to you that please do something for us and guide me what should I do.

              I've a domestic gas connection of Indane Gas(with Dankuni Gas Distributor) and my connection number is T 08276, which is in the name of Dipankar Polley, and it is my nick name. My good name is Debasis Polley. Now i would like to change my name in gas distribution card, but the distributor has asked me to deposit money of amounting Rs.1195/-. Actually they have treated my case as deceased one. In this circumstances i really solicit your appreciation and kindly get me out from the problem.

                Sir,

                My Consumer No.3564 is attached with PRADEEP Gas Agencies, Thalayolaparambu,Vaikom( tel-no.[protected],[protected]) . Last time I got the Cylinder on 18.8.12. and I re-booked the same on 20.8.12.But till this time it is not supplied.When enquired the distributor is saying that there is no supply.I am also eager to know that, what is the time period for the supply ? ( I am having two cylinders).Every time I am getting the cylinder after two months from the date of booking. And also the responses from the distributor point is very bad and rude . ( most of the time they are not picking the phone).There is also doubt that, they are supplying the cylinders to other people( not the authorized customer of IOCL) at higher rates.please look into my complaint and do the needful.If possible pl. send the detail of action to [protected]@gmail.com.

                  I HAD BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER OVER PHONE ON 03.10.2012 AND GOT BOOKING
                  CONFIRMATION ON MOBILE VIDE NO.[protected] ON 04.10.2012.
                  AFTER 21 DAYS I.E. 25.10.2012 I RECEIVED SMS CONFIRMATION ON MY MOBILE
                  FROM NO.544111 THAT CASH MEMO NO. 13199 HAS BEEN GENERATED AND THE
                  CYLINDER SHALL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY. THEREAFTER I PERSONALLY VISITED TO
                  THE GAS AGENCY AND ENQUIRED OF DELIVERY OF MY GAS CYLINDER.
                  ONE GENTLEMAN WAS SITTED IN THE AGENCY/OFFICE TOLD ME THAT THE CYLINDER
                  WILL BE DELIVERED IN A DAY OR TWO. I WAS SHOCKED, ON 30.10.2012 AROUND
                  1.15 PM WHEN I RECEIVED SMS ON MY MOBILE FROM 544111 THAT MY REFILL
                  BOOKING NO.1437 HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT KNOWING ANY REASON/CAUSE
                  WHEN I WAS REGULARLY FOLLOWING UP DELIVERY OF MY CLYINDER AFTER RECEIPT
                  OF CASH MEMO GEMERATED SMS. IT HAS GIVEN ME MUCH MENTAL TROUBLE WHEN I
                  RECEIVED THIS KIND OF SMS AFTER LAPSED OF ONE MONTH TIME FROM BOOKING
                  OF GAS CYLINDER AND THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED.

                  YOU WILL APPRECIATE THAT IT IS NOT EASY TO GO FREQUENTLY AND DAILY
                  TWICE/THRICE TO THE AGENCY.

                  PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAINT
                  AND INSTRUCT THE GAS AGENCY TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF THE GAS CYLINDER
                  AT MY REGISTERED ADDRESS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY, OTHERWISE I WILL

                    My customer ID is 133727 and SV no.is 320710 with the name of Mr.Rajkumar Rungta.
                    I am unable to book Gas due to misplace of SV papers, though i have provided all documents including,passbook,customer ID and SV No.,but service centre is not taking my booking without SV Papers, even they are not telling what to do?
                    I am facing this problem from last two years,
                    I am very surprised and want to complaint regarding booking of gas cylinder.

                    Please suggest,that what i can do, how can i arrange SV papers or Gas Cylinder?

                      I Manish kumar Verma bearing Indane Gas consumer number 26189 with your distributor Sumanth Flamogen at Raichur, Karnataka. Due to my official duty at out station I was unable to book any gas cylinder for last few months. For this my gas connection was deactivated. But On the day of 24th July 2012 I submitted the application for reactivation of the connection along with all the necessary documents(PAN Card, Electricity bill, Address proof and other documents related with KYC), at sumanth Flamogen distributor’s office and also sent a copy to Belgaum Office through professional courier. But there is no response from distributor as well as Belgaum office. Then again in this regard I sent a courier after one month to belgaum office but the problem is not solved. Again I sent a Fax through distributor to belgaum office which is also received by Belgaum office. But there is no action taken in this regard. It is very difficult to survive without gas connection from last 4 months. I repeatedly visit the distributor’s office hoping that the connection will be activated but they always said that “the same is not in our hand, you contact Belgaum office as they are not activated your connection”. For this poor service to consumer a complaint is registered at IOCL India bearing complaint No- 676944 on 15th Oct 2012. problem is still not solved

                      Indane LPG Gas — dead card

                      because i use a single cylinder for a period greater than 6 months
                      they say that my consumer no. 31718 registered with shree chella
                      gas agencies selaiyur, chennai has become dead and i should show
                      them the ration card for restoring the supply even though i got a valid gas connection book.

                        The Distributor is in the habbit of selling the cylinder of those concumer who has booked therby putting the consumer to lot of hardship. The dealer is Samarjit Gas Agency, Bokaro, Jharkhand, India. My Consumer no is.018942.
                        I have booked my gas cylinder on 12 jan 2009, waiting list no. 4417. At the time of booking he informed me that it will be delivered within a weak.Till date, I did not receive my full cylinder.Inspite of several calls made to him he is postponing the same.

                        I am a consumer in Shanti Gas Agency, G.T.ROAD, KANPUR and my consumer no is 27575. I had booked a cylinder on 17/8/2009. Till date above gas agency not deliver the gas. My cell No. is +91 [protected]
                        Respected Sir this is Brijesh Panwar . I have a Lpg connection with Raj Flame ( Rama Park, Uttam Nagar) My Consumer No. is RF239. since last 3 months i am getting problem with raj flame . every time ioc said book gas on 1260 its 24 hour helpline. i booked my cylinder on 1260 dated 6th feb 2010 but when i not received gas dated 23rd feb 2010 that i go to raj flame they told me gas will come tomorrow but when i not recieved gas dated 1st march 2010 than again i goto raj flame they told me i will send u cylinder tomorrow your booking is on dated 23 feb but i said my booking is 6th of feb she told me we will send that cylinder also. 2nd march 2010 i received cylinder but again i booked cylender 10 th march on 1260 . till today 23th march i not received cylinder now i am not able to go raj flame because i have a plaster in my left leg. so i am trying phone numbers of raj flame so many times but both number always saying busy busy busy . i know about this also because they put off the raciever on table . please help me i am waiting your positive response.

                        IOC Cylinder Delivery — Non Delivery of cylinder

                        Sir, I am Mrs. Ratnaprabha Sontakke, Resident of batasewali Gali Chhatri bazar, Lashkar Gwalior. I have Booked Cylinder on mobile by sending a SMS on 02 April 2010, Consumer No. A2420 to M/S Amita Gas Agency,Laxmiganj, Lashkar, Gwalior.After 15 days no delivery is made by the agency, again I have booked cylinder on 15 April2010, but till date no cylinder is delivered by the agency.I am ahandicapped woman and can not walkagain&again to Agency in this hot summer.The agency phone is always out of order, It sems that purposely they put off the tlephone out of set onthe table I am harrassed . This is not one time but it always happen whenever I booka cylinder. Agency manager Mr. Vinod always make some lame excuses such as load is not received , no man power or it willbe delivered tommorrow etc.
                        Therefore you are kindly requested to do the needful and take necessary action against the agency so that all customer will get the cylinder on time. I shall be highly obliged by this kind of act . thanking you Sir.

                        IOC — Less volume

                        I just like to inform everyone that IOC petrol pump at Pankha Road Janak Cinema, New Delhi never gives the petrol of right volume they always try to cheat everyone. during the last 45 days I used their services thwice for Rs .450 and my bike's fuel indicator nver showd the full and once for 100 then also my bike remained in reserve. When I tried to bring this to the notice of Owner he also did nothing and started arguing. As I suppose he's also hand in glove for this kind of activity. So try to Avoid that petrol pump.

                        bokaro flame/ioc — non delivery of lpg

                        I have booked lpg cylinder on 03.08.2011 still now I have not received the cylinder.Previously we were getting cylinder from ioc botteling plant,that time we have no problem.BOKARO FLAME is not taking interest to deliver cylinder to the consumer of RLY.colony BOKARO.
                        When it is against an Ex-service man it is a Nation's dishonor against our soldiers

                          Petrol pump dealer situated near ashwini hospital C.D.A sector 1, cheating the people by giving less amount of petrol to the customers. To day (27.10.2012) I have asked the person who giving petrol of Rs.300
                          and also asked him to adjust the meter of rupees and petrol.But without adjusting the meter and the person replied this is a new type of machine so there is no need of adjustment. But I have marked the meter box,there was Rs.2.195 was visible. After few a second the meter box shown Rs.300. As I asked the person why Rs.300 came so quickly in a loud voice the manager came and asked the man to pour a petrol Rs.50. So I am very sure that the dealer of the petrol pump cheating the customers regularly.Because this type of incidence has already happened last year and i did not give much importance that time. So I request you take severe step on that petrol pump dealer.

                          Indian Oil — Give less petrol

                          There is Indian oil petrol pump at race course in Rajkot (Gujarat).When asked for 50 rs petrol they only give 25rs petrol though it shows 50 rs in their meter.Me and some of my friends are fed up of this kind of malpractice by indian oil petrol pump.


                          I request you to please take necessary steps against this kind of malpractices.

                          Petrol Pump — Less amount of petrol

                          Petrol pumps in and around Bhusawal do not fill fuel upto the said amount. If told for filling petrol for Rs 100/- they fill it for less than the said amount. A customer should get the product at the said amount only. The owners are saving almost Rs 0.25 from every customer and making huge profits. This has to be stopped. Please do needful.

                            This is very serious problem which i faced in last few days, I have an LPG connection of Indian Oil, last few days we noticed that there is leakage in cylinder then we approached to the distributor which is very next gate from my residence (Distributor Name : G.S.Enterprises [protected],[protected]) they replied that we don't time for service & not have any person. Then i called to Toll-Free Number:[protected] mentioned on indian oil website, they also not have any solution about the same.

                            Then i called all the mobile numbers which is mentioned on Indian oil website all are switch off.

                            Now I can`t understand where i go for service, already LPG prices are hiked a lot, but not service policy in there terms. This is very serious matter company is only selling there products & government is supporting to them.

                                I am using Indane Cylinder and my Distributor is " Sri Guruvayurappan Gas Agencies ".

                                I have booked my refill on 09.09.2012 and reference No. 436114, I have not got the refill till today(25.10.2012) approx 50 days.

                                When tried to contact our Agencies it is not possible atall they use their Phone for their outgoing calls only and do not respond any incoming call else they simply keep the Phone receiver outside.

                                Hence I registered a complaint with Indane thru their Toll free Number on 15.10.2012 and the complaint # 677831.

                                But from there also no response. Kindly do the needful for addressing this issue

                                Indane refill supply — the issue of ration card

                                Hi,
                                In the last one year, my cylinder distributer has been insisting on a ration card for refills. Please note that I have been using the connection for about 15 years now. However, I applied for a ration card and one of my many repeated attempts was successful. On producing a signed xerox copy to the agency, one another demand has been made. That the customer personally appear in the agency every time for a refill with the ration card and the booklet.
                                Now, when the working hours overlap with the regular office timings, how is this possible? can the ioc not find a viable alternative to this? Should i be writing and talking about an issue as fundamental as this? are we trying to meet the demand supply gap by harassing customers and cornering them? the supplier/agency is helpless and insist that it is the ioc who is asking them to do it this way. IOC seems to be going retro in its practices and finding new ways to harass customers.

                                Sri Guruvayurappan Gas Agency — non-delivery of refilling cylinder

                                It is informed by the agency the booking of refilling is after 21 days of previous delivery. Whether it is correct or not?
                                Pls any one suggest, whether is there any online / mail complaint with Indane directly ?

                                    Indane Gas — Non picking telephone

                                    From the last 7 days I am trying to book the Gas Cylinder to M/s Chandra gas , Chandar Nagar, Ghaziaba
                                    I am calling 3 numbers at a time at their 23 numbers but none of response has been reverted. Is their any law to expedite their services ?

                                    My customer number is 54968 Bhubaneswar Gas, Lewis Road Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Whenever I try to do my booking over phone, the executives never pick up the phone. Even if it is engaged, whenever it is free the person there will not pick up the phone. The executives there are basically doing their personal calls and not attending to any customers.
                                    It has become a pain calling for booking. Somebody has to try for about 2-3 hours to get through and we are at the mercy of the executives, i.e., if they pick up the calls then we an book or else wait for another day. Don't know when this situation will change.
                                    i also face same problem in gurgaon with indane gas. the agency name is anand gas service(BHIM NAGAR). THEY ALSO HAD TWO LANDLINE NOS, BUT NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING.
                                    THATS WHY THT IS VERY HARD TO BOOK A REFILLING OF A GAS CYLENDER.

                                      I have applied for a new gas connection at Sri Srivastava Gas Agency(Indane Gas Dealers), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I have got a intimation letter stating all the charges which states:
                                      Deposit :1250
                                      Hose : 150
                                      Installation charges :100
                                      Regulator charges : 150
                                      Gas Book :20.

                                      But I approached the dealer he demanded 3300 on total for connection excluding refilling charges.
                                      I spoke to him regarding all the rules and regulations and there has been a dispute for about 20mins. He even tried to beat me. Finally when I call upon my friend who works for HPCL as vendor, then he reluctanly taken 2300 for the connection.
                                      If this is the situation with myself, then what might be the torture normal people would be facing who have less or no knowledge about rules & regulations. I tried to complaint with indane gas but i couldnot contact them after many efforts.
                                      I think somebody should look into the matter.

                                      Indane Gas — charges excess amount - reg.

                                      Sir,

                                      consumer No.3954 Dealer : Shivshankar Agencies, 14 Kundrathur Road, Porur, Chennai-600116

                                      I was told to give Rs.335/- at the time of delivery. But the bill amount is Rs.315.98. When we asked about this excess amount. They said it was transport cost from porur to Poonamalle.
                                      I request concern authority look in-to this matter. Otherwise open a new agencies at poonamallee
