Dear Sir,
For your information Indan gas distributor and employees behavior is not good ,at the time of we reached there office they are give us abuse and say don’t come here again, we are not your servant, and about refill ,our due date is 25/10/2012 but its still pending, we make the queue from 05:00 am to 08:00am even after this there is no solution ,I am going for gas to distributor office from 25/10/2012 to till date but we don’t get the gas yet, and for blacker there is always gas available.
So its request to you that please do something for us and guide me what should I do.

LPG — misbehaving with customer
Sir/ Madam,I am customer of single LPG connection from DWARKESH GAS AGENCY (ANAND) GUJARAT coustomer no.5753. I have taken the connection from him as on 28.5.08. there was always problem of delayed refill delivery. etc. tired of all this i wanted to shift my connection to other agency.I was asked for 50/- for the paper work and stationary for which i asked for the bill and thye lady NAME Sonal refused to give. then one Mr. Kanu Bhai came into the cabin and started pushing us out and asked to get out of the office. that person (kanu bhai) had hits me and also my brother in law who acompanied with me.there was no decency in taking, no manners to take to a lady.Finally he agreed to give the bill and sonal the lady over there said just issue the bill. and we shall see that they come back begging for the connection here. Sir, why should the customer be penilied for all small things we ask for. we can't ask for our rights, if done then we are the losers from all sides.
please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
