[Resolved]  Ippcell LIC India New Delhi — redemption of pension policy awaited

policy no[protected] of lic varistha nagrik bima pension plan .I had sent all documents to Ipp cell 11th floor tower IIJeevan bharti Lic office 124 cannaught placenew delhi -110001 on[protected] for surrending policy & making final payment to me. but so far no responce recd from them .Even ihave not recd acknowledgement of my policy sentto them by regd post.
