IRCTC .co.in — Deactivation of IRCTC Account without any notice

Hi I am a user of IRCTC.co.in for years.,
My Account got Deactivated without any reason / Notice.
my User ID is : mmkworld
I for my tickets in the account which is booked even for 28/02/2012 onwards.
I have given all my details correctly inthe account .
Requesting earliest response as my travel scheduled dates are in verge.
